The cottages were quirky but very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed for our 2 night stay and it was great having access to a BBQ. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of space in the little heritage style unit.
Quorn was such an interesting town, such great preservation of the local history and buildings.
It was great having a laundry with washers and dryers, but it would have been great to have had hot water to the trough.

The location was great! Only a short walk away from the water and close to shops, cafes and pubs.
I love how the cottages surround the grass with the fire pit / bbq area, this was perfect for socialising in a large group. The bed was very comfortable too I slept very easily.
I didn’t like the shower, it wasn’t easy to adjust and as a 6ft man I found it rather uncomfortable to shower. I also didn’t like the jets and pressure of the water streams. The water also didn’t really stay in the show cubicle so it soaked the bath matt.
