We were here with family (in other units) and couldn't have had a better time. It was great to be close to the beach, have a view from the unit and lots of room for kids to roam and play on the grassy area. Perfect place for a family gathering!

We absolutely love this condo! The view is incredible. You can hear the ocean and waves breaking on the beach all night which makes for a very restful sleep. The bed is comfortable. The condo is clean and well maintained. The property is quiet and beautiful. Working with iTrip has been a fantastic experience for us in the past 4 years. We highly recommend Napili Shores as well as booking travel with iTrip.

We highly recommend this unit in Napili Shores. Very comfortable, well kept, clean. You couldn’t ask for more from the complex…easy each access, 2 great pools, 2 restaurants and the views are fantastic.

The "pros" of our stay were numerous, and we would definitely hope to return and stay again! Felt like we stumbled onto a secret.+ The location of the Napili Shores complex was perfection for our purposes. Beautiful pool patio and lawn for perfect sunset vistas just a short stroll away. A great beach for swimming, bodysurfing, snorkeling and tidepool exploration just a stone's throw beyond that. A diverse variety of other great beaches, suitable for different purposes based on your preferences, within walking or driving distance... Basically, you're in easy range to enjoy all the same nature as the folks staying in ritzy Kapalua up the road, while paying much less for the privilege. + Two really good, unpretentious and (by Maui standards) reasonably-priced restaurants right on site in the complex. The Gazebo's pancakes and fried rice live up to hype, but skip the comically long morning line and get takeout around the side door! And for heaven's sake don''t overlook the larger restaurant - Kitchen 5315. We were shocked at how great the food and service there were, for what we would've mistakenly assumed was a standard, indifferent "hotel restaurant". We fell down on our usual "shop and cook to save money" vacation planning and ate at the restaurant, or got take out, nearly every night of our stay and thoroughly enjoyed everything we tried.+ The beach and snorkel gear rental store in the complex was also great. They had everything we needed, with friendly service and reasonable prices, right on site. + The complex had a lovely, friendly, unpretentious vibe. Lots of families and folks who've been traveling there for years, and are aiming for laid back enjoyment. + We thoroughly enjoyed our lanai. The view of the bay is a little oddly blocked by the tree growing out front, especially when we were seated, but when standing it was lovely to take in. + A nice breeze swept through the unit at all times, even during a hot summer stay. We never needed to turn on the AC (though it was on when we arrived and working great). + The customer support from the iTrip Maui team was great.The only con: the unit we stayed in - H-267 - could use a little updating. Nothing serious, would just describe the carpet, furnishing, appliances and overall feel of the place as a little worn around the edges. But it was perfectly clean and functioning, the bed was very comfortable, and hey, we didn't travel to Napili Bay to spend much time in the unit anyway.
