Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We spent a week at Colony Reef Club. The location of the building and its amenities (gym, pool, tennis) are great. However, the apartment needs a lot of love. We knew that the apartment wasn't new and not to current standards, but it was worse than we expected. The pictures look nicer than the reality. We had a shock when we entered the apartment. No money has been invested in years: holes in the walls, a derelict and marginally clean kitchen with old appliances and dirty dishes in the cabinets. We had a great view from the patio, but it could had been more pleasant with new patio furniture to replace the rusty table and chairs. Only the master bathroom has been redone at some point. I think the "bronze status" indicates that the condo is not up to current standard but from my point of view, I think this condo lands at the foot of the podium.
