Questa confortevole e spaziosa camera da letto a tre camere da letto, a conduzione familiare, gode di una splendida vista sul Golfo del Messico. Rilassatevi sul portico schermato al piano di sopra o pescate dal molo. Piastrellato in tutto, il livello al piano di sopra ha due camere da letto e due bagni, cucina, soggiorno, sala da pranzo e TV a grande schermo. Accesso a Internet, cavo digitale, pacchetto di baseball della Major League. Entrambe le camere hanno letti king size e TV. Il piano di sotto ha un ingresso separato con due letti matrimoniali, bagno e TV. Il piano di sotto non ha accesso interno al piano superiore. Situato su Grassy Key, a circa 10 miglia a nord della Marathon, in una tranquilla zona residenziale in una strada ideale per passeggiate a piedi, in bicicletta, con i rollerblade o per il birdwatching. AC centrale al piano superiore, unità finestra al piano di sotto, congelatore di esche, barbecue grill propano, sedie a sdraio, schermato capanna chickee esterno con mini frigo. Il dock può contenere fino a 25 piedi di barca. Il Dolphin Research Center e il Curry Hammock State Park si trovano nelle vicinanze, anche su Grassy Key. Rilassati qui e goditi le chiavi!

Overall the property was good. Having your own dock, kayak launch and view of the water was great! Our stay was for 1 week. We needed to empty out the trash, we couldn't find any trash bags. When we inquired about extra trash bags, we were told we have to go out and buy some. The ice maker did not work. We wanted to sweep off the porch, both brooms were broken. Lastly, when I booked this on the app, it says all fees included. It was shocking when I was charged an ADDITIONAL 1300 in fees and taxes!

Our stay was exactly what we were looking for. Our family of 4 adults and one 4 year old enjoyed having the visits of a Manatee, roaming iguanas,Nurse Sharks, and barracudas right from our own dock. Management was quick to respond with any of our requests. We would rent again if we were to return to Florida.-

Great property. It definitely felt secluded and like our own slice of paradise. The views and sunset were amazing. We watched a family of dolphins swim by, and the snorkeling right in that dock area was better than what we saw on paid excursion- stingray, parrotfish, grunts, needle fish, barracuda, eels, crab, lobster, on and on. I even saw a nurse shark hanging out by the neighbor's dock.
The house has most of everything you need in the kitchen and I would only have complaints if I were pressed to nitpick. Otherwise we couldn't have had a better time. I highly recommend this place. The downstairs unit would be good if you're coming with extended family or if you have teens that don't mind feeling like they're in their own apartment at night.
If we plan a trip back to the keys I would definitely come back to this house.

The air conditioning stopped working on Monday and when we contacted the Concierge who texted us prior to our arrival she stated that that wasn’t something she dealt called another number. When we didn’t hear back from them, we called back and they stated that one of the owners had gone there herself and addressed the issue. When we came back, the air-conditioning was working but went out again at approximately 9:30 PM. When we contacted the agency, we finally got the owner to call us back. She walked me through restarting it several times to no avail. The owner then stated that she couldn’t get anyone to come at this point. I asked her why and she stated that “it’s expensive to live in the keys and it’s a busy week and all the technicians are already on their last jobs.“ I told her that this problem started at 4 o’clock And that it would’ve been better if an HVAC technician was called at that time . She then stated that we could either “sleep on the porch or get a hotel room“ I said I thought you said it was a busy week-how am I going to get a hotel room at 10:30 at night. I said that it was 85 outside and the porch is made of concrete. At this point, she did contact HVAC guy and stated that he was coming at 11 o’clock. We waited up till 1130. He came the next morning cleared a blocked drain line. The property in general was fine. I think the pictures represent well the age and overall condition. There is no power at the dock-bring extensions if you need to charge.
