L'ultimo piano ha il bagno completo e 2 camere da letto in stile loft molto grandi, ognuna con terrazza privata; Master BR con TV.
Il piano principale ha una camera da letto matrimoniale con bagno completo, cucina completamente attrezzata con lavatrice e asciugatrice, ampio soggiorno e sala da pranzo con TV e balcone sul lungolago; ampio portico laterale con annesso 20 piedi più ponte.
Il piano inferiore ha un ampio soggiorno. Questa camera ha una porta scorrevole in vetro che si apre su una terrazza fronte lago che accede a un molo patio con panca da fine maggio a 1 ottobre.
In inverno, quando il lago si congela, la nostra posizione è perfetta per la pesca e la vela sul ghiaccio, nonché per attività ed eventi invernali locali.
Barca a remi, docking station per patio, aria e riscaldamento centralizzati, TV via cavo e WIFI.
Abbiamo scelto di acquistare questa proprietà sul lago Waneta per via delle sue acque profonde di 25-30 piedi che la rendono ideale per gli sport acquatici e per la pesca tutto l'anno di branzini e muschiato. Il lago è molto adatto ai kayak!
Godiamo di tutte le attività che i laghi finger ci offrono per includere escursioni, mountain bike, kayak, golf, antiquing, nonché negozi e musei, tra cui il vicino "Glen Curtiss Aircraft Museum" e lo storico "Great Western Winery Tour".
Soprattutto ci godiamo i tramonti mozzafiato e le serene serate illuminate dalle stelle dal nostro avvolgente ponte con la famiglia e gli amici!

Gave this a 3 rating because inside was clean but outside premise needs TLC. Outside steps was a challenge for bringing heavy coolers to lower level

We would have given a 4.5 star rating if you can do ½ stars. Mark (owner) was a pleasure to work with, always prompt in his responses. There were some minor things that he was not aware of, but said he will remediate for his future guests (such as having his cleaning person clean the dock, coffee maker having a very slow drip, etc.).
Our family enjoyed our stay at this lakefront house, and particularly enjoyed the fishing right off the house’s dock and the lake views on the dock bench. There are a lot of seaweeds by the side of the dock, great for fish to hide in but not inviting for swimmers.
Having the use of 2 kayaks from the rental was wonderful to explore Waneta Lake. There is a small gravel area which made for easy entry onto the lake with the kayaks. The water in this lake is murky and not inviting to swim in – we were disappointed by this. The watersport activities on the lake are more active on the weekends; but the lake was very serene during the weekdays.
There are steep outside stairs to get to the main level entry, and another set of stairs to the dock. There are similar stairs inside which are less steep, and there is an access door from the parking area that leads into a bedroom. The house gets great afternoon sun; the built-in blinds on the slider doors really helped keep the house cooler. Don’t forget only bed linens are provided; so bring your own towels.

This was our third rental in this location over the last 5 summers. We just keep coming back to it. Mr. and Mrs. Noll are wonderful hosts and everything you see on the listing - especially the photos - is what you'll see when you rent this property. The location cannot be beat - it's silent at night, a great way to get away from it all. You're a 10 minute drive from Keuka Lake ... and close to some very good local farm stands for outstanding fresh produce along the way. Enjoy your time here. There is a Dollar General up the block. They have everything and then some.

The house was beautiful and clean. The only problem I had was that the property did not provide towels. It did list that in the check in rules but I missed it and had to go to the dollar general to buy some. Just not something I expect to have to bring with me when I travel so I wish it was highlighted a little more. Other than that, everything about our quick 2 night stay was great. The views from the back yard in the fall were just stunning.

Property was clean, and bottle was appreciated!
You may wish to replace the stair to get onto the deck from water. I had a mishap! Also because of the missing step I was unable to use the kayak.
Overall, definitely recommend the property for those that can handle stairs. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay at the lake house. My husband and I are from the area and brought our best friends home with us. We enjoyed this place, it had everything we needed, was clean and the owner was very nice! It’s a quiet lake and the husbands enjoyed fishing. Would definitely recommend! Thank you Mark! ☺️

Beautiful lake house, clean and well maintained. Very close to the lake and access for swimming and fishing is great. A/C works great but open the doors and windows and you get a great lake breeze. The 2 kayaks and rowboat are easy to get to and use and we all enjoyed using them. Kitchen was well stocked and a washer and dryer was a bonus. The berdrooms all had closets and the bathrooms were very accessible and very clean. Bring your own towels and food and you are set for a great week. Close to many wineries on Keuka and Seneca. This is a 3-story house so there are quite a few steps. Close to County Road 25 but not much traffic noise. Parking is limited and the motorists tend to drive too fast. Speed limit is 55 but should be 40 considering the Boy Scout camp is just down the road. Overall a very nice lake rental home.

Great Family Getaway
Had a wonderful time, House was just as described. Having the games available made for a great family game night! Wonderful location- was able to get around the finger lakes area & see lots of wineries, museums & go hiking. Would definitely book again if head back to the area.

This home is very nice. Wonderful views of the lake from several rooms. Great decks for outside enjoyment of the lake view while having a glass of wine after doing some wine tasting at local wineries.

Very pretty sunsets. House was nicely decorated and comfortable. The house is right on a busy road with no driveway. It worked ok, but we didn't realize it ahead of time. Also, numerous admonishments to not wear shoes in the house plus a couple of other things (e.g., minimal kitchen staples, fire pit with no chairs that we were allowed to use around it) made us not feel especially welcome. I think the house would be fine for a bunch of adults, but it wasn't great for us as a family with kids.

We had a great family vacation at Mark’s home. The home is very well appointed, we found absolutely everything we needed to feel at home. The kids loved swimming and kayaking in Waneta lake. The location is great, close to incredibly beautiful state parks and forests. We ended every day, sitting in the back deck, enjoying breathtaking sunsets by the lake. Highly recommendable!

Relaxing few days on one of the smaller Finger Lakes. The cottage is a great central location for all of the local attractions, Watkins Glen, Corning Glass, and of course the wineries. The cottage is well supplied with kitchen utensils and the use of the kayaks and fire pit were a great addition to unwind in the evenings. We enjoyed our stay and will consider this location again for our next visit to the Finger Lakes Region.--The Welkers

Fabulous vacation
This trip exceeded my expectations, the house is beautiful and the location on the lake was perfect. Our girls trip was so relaxing, gorgeous sunsets, kayaking and drinking wine by the lake. What’s better than that! The house is beautifully maintained, it’s obvious they put a lot of work into the home. Don’t hesitate to book here, close enough to everything!

Away from the race track
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Beautiful sunsets, fishing off the dock and great bird watching from the patio. Location is ideal, only twenty minutes from Watkins Glen. We will be back next year!

This is a great house. It was just as it was listed. It was clean, spacious and had everything we could possibly have needed. It was just outside of Watkins Glen so even though we had to drive to get there, the views were great so it was worth it. I hope anyone who gets to stay here enjoys it as much as I did.
