Il nostro 1300sq piedi, condominio al secondo piano è pieno di colori e accenti costieri e ha tutto il necessario per una vacanza rilassante. Il condominio ha 3 camere da letto arredate con gusto, 2 bagni e dormirà 6.

La seconda camera da letto contiene un letto matrimoniale e la terza camera ha un letto singolo a rotelle che dormirà due. Tutte le camere sono dotate di TV a schermo piatto e via cavo.
La zona giorno principale vanta un concetto aperto con soffitti a volta, una grande vetrata che si affaccia sul campo da golf / acqua e accesso al balcone proiettato. This place was awesome!!! Very spacious place. The bedrooms were roomy and had large beds. The open kitchen and family room area was very nice. A very pleasant, screened in porch to enjoy watching the golfers during the day or being serenaded by the frogs at night. Cleanliness was top notch. We highly recommend this place!!! Thanks for letting us enjoy it!!!

Great location! Quiet area close to the pool. Screened porch overlooks one of the developments waterways and ten minutes from the beach. Condo had excellent natural light...I would say the pictures on the VRBO sight (which are dark) do NOT do the property justice. Enjoyed our stay and would stay here again without hesitation.

This place offers everything you could ever need. Close to shops and the much needed grocery store. We enjoyed the Sunset park, saw some gators there, and daily beach trips as it is 5 mins away. Also spent a day in Calabash. If you do this the morning is the best time to go to avoid crowds. Stop by Callahans and the creamery. We would love to make this our summer getaway every year.

Our family of four really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The place has such beautiful beach decor and was SO spacious and clean! We loved the screened-in porch. The owners are very easy to communicate with if you have any questions.
My husband could not fit his clubs in the car so he did not golf, but this would be an excellent condo for a golf trip. You have access to two pools and two hot tubs. The hot tub at the larger pool is not hot so we were very thankful for the hot tub at the smaller pool.
Overall, Sunset Village at Sandpiper Bay was much quieter than places we have stayed in the past, but we really enjoyed the peaceful setting. We drove over to Ocean Isle Beach one late afternoon and easily found a parking space in the public beach access area. It is a little drive to the beach.
My husband and daughter did the zip line course at the Swamp Park. This is really reasonably priced and less than 10 minutes from the condo. Those seeking an adventure should definitely check out the Swamp Park. We may do their ATV tour when we are back in the area!

Very nice condo on hole 4 of the piper course. Large livig and kitchen area in a quiet area. We enjoyed our stay and watching the golfers fron the deck.

Property was very clean and well stocked. Quiet neighborhood with cold overlooking golf course and lagoon complete with alligators. Owner was easy to communicate with and very responsive.
Short drive to beach and many restaurants. Great place to stay in Sunset Beach area.

This Sandpiper Bay Villa is very clean, well appointed and has plenty of room. All appliances are relatively new and work perfectly. The Villa is quiet, cannot hear any noise from neighbors. The location is convenient to golf, beaches and restaurants. The owners are gracious and communicate exceptionally well. A first class place to stay! Thanks, Stan and Michele.

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was very clean and well appointed. The owners also offered a notebook with very clear instructions on everything from internet access, to local restaurants, to check-in and check-out details. Much appreciated. Sandpiper Bay in general is a great place to stay. Two pools and a golf course, and a short drive to both Sunset and Ocean Isle! We will absolutely stay here again : )

We loved staying here. Beautifully decorated, fully stocked, so comfortable and clean. Pool was so close and walking distance from condo! The beach was just a few minutes away. We will be back! Thank you for providing such a lovely place to stay!

Mostly fine, a few minor issues. Not enough bath towels, some light bulbs out, tv in living room wired wrong so could not get many stations.

Our family has been going to Sunset Beach for several years. We have stayed at different condos at Sandpiper Bay and this condo was the best one. It met our needs perfectly, was very clean and well taken care of. We would definitely stay here again!

We have been going to sunset beach on vacation for 8 years and staying in sandpiper bay. The unit we usually rent was unavailable because the owner was retiring and moving into it so we had to find someplace quick and were lucky this property was available for our dates. Loved the proximity to the pool and the peaceful screened in porch!

My brother and I decided to take our mom down to the beach for a 3 night stay. This was an early birthday celebration. We were hoping to relax all weekend, as we all needed time away from our everyday lives. We were able to achieve the restful weekend that we hoped for at this condo! We had a lovely experience at this vacation condo. It was clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. It is close to the pool, beach, shopping and restaurants. It was very quiet. The three bedrooms were nice so that each of us had our own bedroom. We would definitely rent this property again!

Mom’s Birthday Weekend
My brother and I decided to take our mom down to the beach for a 3 night stay. This was an early birthday celebration. We were hoping to relax all weekend, as we all needed time away from our everyday lives. We were able to achieve the restful weekend that we hoped for at this condo! It’s very clean, very quite, & not too far from the beach. The pool and hot tub in the resort were nice and clean as well. I would love to stay again in the future!

This second story unit has a beautiful view of the golf course and the water that separates it from the golf course. It has a nice screened back porch so you can enjoy the view bug free which my wife and daughters enjoyed very much.
We got tI see 3 of the gators that live in the waters surrounding the SanpiperBay golf course. They sun them selves on the bank occasionally but they don’t travel any further up the bank.
The kitchen was set up with plenty of what you need to cook your own meals if you choose. We broiled some steaks one night.
The bathroom were set up perfect for my wife and I to have our own in the master bedroom and my two daughters shared the other that was right outside their bedroom doors. We used the washer and dry to do some clothes so my wife would have to do it all at home.
The place is only a couple miles from the beach and you can choose sunset or Calabash or ocean isle if you like. They are all close.
You can also take a short drive, about 40mins and go down to Myrtle Beach and spend the day shopping or just walking the boards at barefoot landing. There is a ton to do there. We went to TopGolf Twice, which is always fun.
If you can’t find something to do in this area then you just aren’t looking. Oh yeah, we went to a really nice mini golf spot in Calabash, called Trooical Adventure mini golf. Place is great!
This Condo is worth the visit. Don’t hesitate if you are looking in this area. It is not right in the beach, but that is not what we wanted, and this fit perfect.
One last part, the owners are the best! My daughter left her purse behind when we left to drive 9 hours home. When we contacted them, they were extremely helpful and agreed to have it shipped back overnight! These are the kind of people you want to rent from. Thanks so much Michele & Stan!! You are the best!
