Storica casa in mattoni con vista sul mare dalla posizione. Portico posteriore e ingresso privato alla camera matrimoniale. A un isolato di distanza siete sulla passeggiata sul fiume con negozi e ristoranti con vista sull'acqua. Un isolato a destra sei al caffè, al cupcake, ai pub, al museo dell'artigianato artistico, alla cucina raffinata, alla drogheria locale, agli splendidi edifici storici, ai tour dei fantasmi e persino a ottenere il tuo tour privato a cavallo e buggy in tutto il centro. Quindi abbastanza quando vuoi rilassarti lontano dal rumore del trambusto ma a un isolato da tutta l'azione. 20 minuti di corsa verso l'oceano. Quindi non devi preoccuparti del parcheggio. Vialetto parcheggio privato 2 auto molto raro sulla proprietà.

Just got back home today after a 2 night stay in this charming, historical old home. As all other reviews mention, this location is in the most incredible spot! We could walk every where! And when we did need to go somewhere in the car, it was wonderful coming back on a Fri night and sat night with all the hustle and bustle and just be able to pull right into our own driveway! We saw others nearby park in a 15 min loading zone and run back and forth carrying luggage etc and then hurry to drive around the block to find a parking spot. This home offered every amenity we needed, a k cup coffee machine, washer and dryer and even a dishwasher, but we stayed so busy we never needed any of of those things. But, it's great to have if we did. The shower and tub water pressure was incredible! Don't let the lesser pressure in the bathroom sink fool you, it's great for a shower. It was very clean, the beds were very comfortable and the pillows were great. There is wifi we used a bit but never even turned a TV on. This place had everything we needed and in the perfect location, we just didn't need more than the shower and beds. We'll be back again one day fit sure. Oh, and if you walk about 5 mins, 1/2 block up, go to the Concorde Espresso! You'll have the most wonderful coffee and in a beautiful place with amazing ambiance in the evening! Have fun!

This is the perfect location for enjoying the amenities along the river front. However, there's some maintenance that needs to be done, especially to the bathroom. Shower curtain rod isn't fastened to the wall, toilet wobbles and toilet seat is loose, missing light bulb above vanity, and bathroom door is hard to close. Not the quality you would expect for the price--but a great location. A little work and refreshment to the interior would go a long way to making this a place you'd want to return to.
