Прекрасное расположение дома, рядом есть пару ресторанов с вкусной едой, хозяйка дома очень приветливая, помогла найти хорошего водителя, который отвез нас по выбранному нами маршруту. Ванная комната общая, но как сказала хозяйка, комнат в доме всего три, поэтому людей не много и все очень чисто!

Прекрасное место для спокойного и уютного отдыха в Дилижане! Небольшой гостевой дом с очень приятной домашней атмосферой. Всё чисто, аккуратно и по-домашнему уютно. Особенно понравилось расположение — удобно добираться до основных достопримечательностей города, при этом вокруг достаточно тихо и спокойно. Хозяева очень доброжелательные, внимательные и гостеприимные, всегда готовы помочь и подсказать. Отдельно хочется отметить соотношение цены и качества — за свои деньги это отличный вариант для проживания в Дилижане. Если хочется почувствовать настоящую атмосферу города и остановиться в спокойном, уютном месте, однозначно рекомендую этот гостевой дом. С удовольствием вернусь сюда снова!

Great location and price. Facilities are basic but comfortable

The bathroom is shared and there is no hot water in the morning. There are no outside locks on the room door. You don’t have a key for the front door either and are reliant on the owners.

A quaint guesthouse with some real vintage touches. Lovely timber work and furnishings throughout with beautiful parquetry floors. Our room had a balcony which was great to view the surrounding mountains. Raisa was a very nice lady.

I knew it was a shared bathroom before arriving but the toilet was also in the bathroom and it was just the one bathroom for the people living there as well as for all guests. Not good if you needed to use the toilet and someone was having a shower. The bed was probably one of the worst I slept in. The mattress was extremely lumpy and the pillow was so hard and thick, I ended up sleeping without it because my neck got sore from sinking down into the mattress and having my neck bent.The bedding had an old smell which was not pleasant to sleep in. Although there was a kitchen available, the owner was always using it so not comfortable to use it. No electric kettle, just one on the stove top. An electric kettle in the room would have been good. There was a washing machine in the kitchen but when I asked about using it, I was kind of dismissed.
