NUOVA FILANDA Rooms and More

Bellissima struttura con locale accogliente al piano terra. Personale gentilissimo, appena arrivati in moto ci hanno permesso di metterle a tetto anticipando l'acquazzone imminente. A 10 minuti a piedi dal centro.

Nulla

Colazione buona e abbondante, personale cortese e disponibile, pulizia e ordine ottimi.

Nel bagno manca un punto luce sopra lo specchio del lavabo. Sarebbe stato confortevole averlo per la cura personale del viso (sia mio marito che mio figlio per radersi, sia io per il trucco). Per tutto il resto, niente da segnalare. Direi perfetto

I stayed here on my own for a couple of days and was very happy with the room itself. It was spotlessly clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The bathroom was beautiful, and everything was well-maintained, making my stay very pleasant. The location was also very convenient. There was a free parking space right next to the property, supermarkets were nearby, and it was only about a 10-minute walk to the town center.

The biggest disappointment was the breakfast. In my opinion, the accommodation is quite expensive for what is offered, and the breakfast did not reflect the price. I’ve stayed in Italy many times, but this was by far the poorest breakfast experience I’ve had. On the first morning, I arrived at 7:00 a.m., which was the advertised breakfast time, but nothing had been set up yet. The staff asked me to wait “just a minute,” but breakfast wasn’t ready until around 7:40 a.m. Fortunately, I didn’t have any plans that morning, but I can imagine this being very inconvenient for guests with scheduled activities. On the second morning, the selection was even more limited. There were only two slices of ham left, no bread, and no cheese, unlike the previous day. Overall, the breakfast selection was very basic, with one type of ham, one type of cheese, croissants, several kinds of cookies, sugary yogurt, and a small amount of fruit. Unfortunately, the breakfast was well below my expectations, especially considering the price of the accommodation. Improving the breakfast quality and ensuring it is ready at the advertised time would make a significant difference to the overall guest experience.

Struttura molto bella e stanza arredata con ottimo gusto. Veramente molto pulita!

Solo un consiglio e non una critica. Nell'armadio a vista ci vorrebbero degli appendiabiti un po' più strutturati invece del grucce in ferro.
