Just returned from a wonderful stay! The listing does not even do this home justice. Joel the property manager was available for everything we could need and the home was perfect. Backyard feels like you are in a resort. Will definitely book again!

This house is every bit as great as the description. Classy, tasteful and comfortably decorated and truly a place to relax and enjoy a vacation. If you are active, its a short run/walk to the beach for your morning walk/run and less than a 5 minute drive. Drive to the main street was less than 5 minutes and I walked it every morning. From the living area, fully equipped kitchen, to the ample sized bedrooms and bathrooms, it is a wonderful house. Pool is perfect, has plenty of places to sit and relax and gets the perfect combination of sun and shade all day. Joel did a great job of answering any questions I had, but to be honest everything is right there. I will be back as soon as I can. Already planning another trip. Cheers, Neil

What a perfect family retreat! Beautifully decorated and spotless clean. Lots of towels and supplies. My family stayed there when we were in Delray for my daughter's wedding. Excellent location as Joel the property manager was fantastic and always available. Thank you for a perfect weekend . Oh and the backyard is like your own private resort!

Julies house was simply perfect, a beautiful house in every detail. The house is clean, lovely decor, up to date. The landscape and pool are magnificent. I want this house! I was so bummed out to learn the house is booked when we want it next year. This house is awesome

Myself and my family spent 8 days at this property. In terms of location, it is just a few short minutes to Atlantic Avenue and the Beach. Check-In was very easy and the owner even contacted me to see if I wanted to check-in early, which was a bonus given that my kids are very young. The house itself was beautiful. Very clean and very spacious. The kids loved the pool and the house was well appointed. I would recommend this home for anyone who is coming to Delray Beach. Our family will definitely be back again.

Perfect in every way!

Great location. We loved biking to the beach and Atlantic Avenue. The property manager was very helpful and quickly responded to our questions. The openness of the main part of the house was great and the pool was great. Five stars all around!

Very nice updated home with a beautifully landscaped and spacious pool area. The beds and and linens were very comfortable, and many basic amenities were included which is not always the case. ( laundry detergent, soap, spices) The kitchen was well stocked for a large group but did lack some basic items. The addition of bikes, beach chairs, and a cooler was great for beach days. Our family would definitely stay here again.

He was respectful and communicative. The Property itself has a heated pool with beautiful backyard. There were plenty of linen and towels. The kitchen was well stocked. There was a crib and pack and play which we didn’t use but I wish I booked this place when the kids were younger! Definitely would book again!

The house is very clean, nice furniture, tastefully decorated. The few issues we had were addressed promptly and efficiently by the property manager. Ideal for a family with children, the house also come with 4 bikes (the property manager also brought Is a child bike for our younger child). A good size pool and grill. Located in a residential neighborhood, ideal for bike rides and walks with the children. We would love to stay again.

The place was nice, consistent with the pictures. Maybe just a bit worn down from the pictures. Place was spacious and comfortable, great TVs What left a bad taste in my mouth was after we checked out, the manager decided that a couple of missing/broken items were my fault. For example, there was a picture frame that was broken when we got there, but somehow the manager unilaterally decided I should pay for it - and I didn't even find out until I received an email that said I wasn't getting my full deposit back. I guess that's one way to cover the costs of maintenance and upgrades to a rental home, but it's pretty shady if you ask me - especially considering how much we paid to rent the house in the first place. Another downside is the location. It is exactly where the listing says it was, but I had never been to Delray before and didn't realize how far out of the way it was from the main strip downtown and even further from the beach. That's my fault though, I'll know better for next time (although wouldn't stay at this house again anyway). Also, for the gourmet cooks out there, the kitchen was thinly stocked. If you are going out for dinner every night, then it's not an issue. But if you wanted to cook a meal for a larger group there were limited pots and pans available.

We rented this property for a work project / vacation for the family and we loved it! We had a 2 year old and a 8 month with us and this house had everything for both kids. The neighborhood is great, location is great for restaurants and beach.
