Good location, nice yard with a pool. Lovely greenery and quiet. Overall a great place for a vacation!

A pleaseant apartment with a nice common pool. The location is good too but a bit tricky to find the first time.
The checkout time at 10 AM (seems to be standard in this region) is not convinient for a vacationing family.

The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for a seven day holiday in Zadar. We enjoyed the garden and the pool. The apartment is a short and pleasurable walk into the old town but has a restaurant and supermarket a few minutes away. There is also a lovely coastal walk along a quiet pedestrian road in the opposite direction to the Old town, which takes you to Karma.

The apartment was perfect, it was clean, modern, large enough and had everything you needed, plus a lovely pool and balcony. The location was perfect, 2 mins walk to some lovely beaches, the Kuzina Restaurant was excellent value for money approx 1 min from apartment, the Karma Restaurant was also very nice down at the beaches, 5 mins walk to large supermarket that stocked everything, same distance walk to the Bus Station, 15-20 mins walk to the Old Town where there were plenty of shops and restaurants, together with the Sea Organ and Greeting To The Sun (solar light display). Our hosts Kresimir and Goga could not have been nicer. Goga was great with communication before we arrived supplying lots of suggestions. Both were on hand for anything we needed whilst we were there.

Lovely apartment. Great location with a 5 minute walk to the beach and 10 to 15 minutes walk to the old town.

Clean, comfortable and well equipped. The pool was nice with loads of sun beds. The location is excellent. 2 minutes walk to Kolovare beach, 10 minutes to the Bus Station and 15minutes to the old town.

Really lovely apartment with a lovely pool and great facilities.
Had everything we needed for a 4 night stay. Fab location near the beach and short walk to old town.
The sofa bed wasn’t exactly what we were expecting. It wasn’t a mattress sofa bed. Wouldn’t be good for someone particularly tall.
It was a little concerning that the front door to the building was always open.

Fantastic location. Few minutes walk to shops, restaurants, beach and the bus station.
Apartment clean and well maintained.
Staff very friendly and helpful. Any issues they were very quick to resolve.
Family of 4 very comfortable in the ground floor apartment, plenty of room and good cooking facilities.
Nothing only recommendation is to take an travel iron with you. Only facility not available but everything else was great.

The location was very good. It has a beautiful swimming pool which is very well maintained. The Apartment was clean and the kitchen was well equipped. Parking was available. Shopping was just 10 minutes away.
Although we were very happy with the place, I would still like to suggest for some improvement. Though the parking was available, it was a bit tricky to find it. A sign board and lighting in the parking area would really make it better.

The location was excellent and as a family we enjoyed walking everywhere.The pool was a great asset too. Kuzina is an superb restaurant which is just across the road! We had to keep going back despite many other great venues on the doorstep. Less than 5 minutes walk to the sea.
The accommodation was clean and comfortable, with two great seating areas. Open plan, stylish and everything you need.
Our only problem was the criminal taxi drivers at the airport, be warned! Despite knowing it should have cost 200 Kuna we were conned out of 500. Hold your ground and be prepared to haggle firmly.

Everything was smooth as it could possibly be, our hosts Goga and Kresimir were an absolute delight and made us feel so welcome. Kresimir even got me a bottle of liqour for my birthday which was very kind of him.
The location was absolutely perfect. It was close to the bus station and a massive supermarket. Its also only a short walk to a beach and the beautiful old town.
We will be back as soon as possible and are so happy to support such nice people.

Nice apartment for 4 people, it would be good also for couples. Good furnishing kitchen with everything to cook, not only breakfast. Nice swimming pool. It's bigger than picture shows. The city center is 15min walk from this place, so localisation is perfect. Oh, and near apartment is very good pizza! We really recommend this place for stay in Zadar😊

This place is ideal for a seaside vacation. The location is perfect as it is a 3 minute walk away from the beach and a 10 minute walk to the beautiful old city center. Right next to the villa is also a good restaurant. The owners are friendly and professional. It is a perfect fit for families.

Goga is an excellent host. She informed us about main attractions and was really helpful when we needed to leave our luggage as our flight was in the evening.
The place is quiet and the apartment was well equiped with everything we needed.

The apartment is well furnished and cozy, the bed was really confortable and the bathroom is spacious. The whole apartment has a homey feel. There is a full kitchen with a stovetop, oven and even a dishwasher; you can use the washer and dryer downstairs, if you wish. The property has a really nice and clean pool. We went at the end of September, even though it is out of season the pool had a nice temperature and so did the seawater.
The location of the property is great, it’s a 3 minute walk to the beach, a 20 minute walk to the old town and a 4 minute walk to the nearest supermarket.
It’s the best place to have an excellent vacation!

Perfect place to stay in Zadar! The appartment is beautiful, spacious, clean, the bed comfortable, we had breakfasts on the balcony with a view on the pool.
The appartment is well located, 5 min walk from the most popular beach of Zadar, 15-20 min walk from the old town.
The host is super nice, we will definitely go back there next year!
