Beautiful, relaxing condo and steps away to the Beautiful Padre Island Beaches
Recentemente ristrutturato e splendidamente decorato 2 camere da letto, 2 bagni al piano superiore condominio. Si trova a pochi passi dalle spiagge sabbiose del Golfo del Messico e dall'accesso alla spiaggia 19 e 20. Banconi in granito cucina completamente attrezzata, TV a schermo piatto T. V. in ogni camera e 55 "in soggiorno, cavo, lettore DVD, lavatrice / asciugatrice, letti queen size e divano letto. Piscina e vasca idromassaggio con ampia area salotto, balcone privato posteriore con vista sulla baia e fuochi d'artificio da Clayton e seconda area salotto nella parte anteriore con vista sulla piscina. Vorremmo rendere la vostra vacanza a South Padre Island un'esperienza memorabile offrendovi un condominio che soddisfa le vostre esigenze! Situato a pochi passi dal Wanna Wanna Beach Bar & Grill, 1 miglio dal Clayton's Beach Bar & Grill, 1 miglio dal quartiere dei divertimenti e Stripes dall'altra parte della strada. The home was beautiful and in a great location. My only Crea would be that the host was not very accommodating. I reached out to ask about using the washer and dryer and explain that one of the girls started her cycle and really needed to wash. He did not allow us to use the washer. Also, we are all visually impaired and have some trouble getting into the home. He accidentally left me a voicemail stating that. “ we were making things too difficult.” I did let him know that we received this voicemail and he stated that that wasn’t what he meant but following the experience, we just felt a bit uncomfortable. We reached out about the microwave and let him know that for some reason it wasn’t working and he stated that we were the first to use it, which seemed a little accusatory. Also, checkout time is at 10 AM which is a little early. I messaged him letting him know that we were all waiting on our Ubers as we are all blind and cannot drive. He knocked on the door at 10:05 AM and asked us to leave so we had to wait outside in the rain for our rides.

We enjoyed this property and stay at South Padre Island. The proximity to Wanna Wanna was a plus. The 2 bedroom condo was nice, clean and had all amenities we required. Paul was quick to reply to any concerns.

Spotlessly clean and well decorated condo. Beds are comfortable. Kitchen and dining/ leaving room spacious. Walking distance to beach, restaurant, coffee shop, and a gas station. Easy communication with host .

It was for a friend and her family. All went well. Simple misunderstanding (not reading) on myPart led to a pet problem. Not the owner by far. The dogs were removed and the rest went just fine.
