The villa was perfect for us, exactly as described.Whilst there were a couple of shops & café with in 25minute walk, because of the heat we were glad we had a car. Uber were particularly efficient & cheap (3 to town) for evenings out.Robin, the host responded quickly to all messages & requests.Pool & plunge pool had been well looked after very clean. Great size.Enjoyed using barbecue.Plenty of hot water, good power from showers.We felt very safe in the area. Tavira is a beautiful town with many bars & restaurants, predominantly filled with older visitors (35). Fun tourist train. 15 minute ferry to beautiful beach, with bars & restaurants.We will definately be returning.

We enjoyed the house very much. Communication was easy and available. Plenty of towels and bedding (there were only 2 of us) The house is close to old Tavira (25 min walk) and there are several bakeries and coffee places within 8-10 min walk. A mini Aushan is just around the corner, 10 min walk but easier to drive. A car was very handy and there was plenty of parking across the street. It's very private in a culdesac area so minimal traffic going by. Pool was very nice and pretty private as well as the house next door is unoccupied as of now and there is an empty lot on the other side. There's a campground behind house but no one was there during our stay. Everything was clean when we arrived. Access to Olhao and Faro is easy.

Great location and host very helpful but villa needs updating as very tired looking.

Problemas na cozinha, com muitas formigas, impossível deixar algo em cima das bancas, dentro da despensa, enfim formigas tínhamos que estar constantemente em limpeza. Outra coisa, baratas também existiam. O meu neto cortou-se, tivemos que ir ao hospital, aliás utilizamos a malinha dos primeiros socorros, da pouca coisa existente. Muito mau, entre a relva artificial e os azulejos, são cortantes, deviam mandar afagar para não ser cortante. Com tudo isto, merece mesmo assim uma nota razoável.
