Functional - has everything you need for a short stay. There’s a table with a comfortable chair to work, and a kitchen island to eat. Internet is reliable. The bedsheets smelled wonderful 👍

The dishes and kitchen utensils were dirty. There is a washing machine and dryer in the building, but you have to drive somewhere to buy special tokens to operate it (doesn’t take card or coins). There is a pool and an awesome grill on the roof - but they are both not maintained. The water heater is small, and electric - in September there is not enough hot water to fill the tub. The place looks much nicer in the pictures, the unit is not in good shape. The place lacks basic essentials, like matches to use the stove and oven, dish soap (there is hand soap) to wash the dishes, cooking oil or shampoo. There is clutter in some of the drawers, leftovers from repairs, etc. The TV remote was… let’s call it ‘greasy’.
