Location is amazing and near to everything, including restaurants, cafes, and markets. Plus, it's fronting Winter Wonderland, just a few steps from the gate to the park. I love the location

Parking in the building is not easy, so that you can park out there is a lot easier, and the cost needs to be reduced as it costs a lot for one room with a bed .

It’s accessible, the property is clean and also the staff is very accommodating.

Ability to check in and out at any time, self catering facilities, the pool was nice

They only gave us 2 towels for 3 people, 1 pair of slippers and not enough toilet rolls for our stay. The TV didn't work, furniture needs updating, no big food stores nearby so food shopping was expensive, it is also a long way from Kuwait Towers requiring a very long walk or bus trip. The noise from the people in the connecting room to us was absolutely horrific as they let their children scream and cry until very, very late every single night which meant that my own children could not sleep well. There was not enough plates, cups, glasses or bowls for 3 people so we couldn't eat at the same time.
