Position, beds, air conditioning.

Wi-Fi didn’t work at all, we had problem with water but the lady promptly called someone to fix the pump. Another problem was the shower drain, it was blocked and for this reason the floor was flooded every time we took the shower, it was a nightmare. The apartment looks nice but has a lot of flaws.

-easy check in -close proximity to church, shopping, main attractions -air conditioning -host responds fast

-inadequate cleaning (footprint stains on the tiles, hair in the shower drain). bathroom corners moldy -curtain broken, drying rack broken (before we came) -big button for toilet flush doesn’t work -bedsheets were awkward to sleep in -dirty cutlery with food stains, no water boiler -wifi didn’t work -water salty (even just for washing face or brushing teeth) -there were only 3 hangers for clothes, no real closet -electrical wiring sound? through the night I’m a frequent traveller so I’m neither picky nor have unrealistic high expectations but this is the first time I’ve been gravely disappointed and had an unpleasant stay. On first glance Casa di Bella makes a good impression but unfortunately upon further notice there are so many problems that don’t justify the price. I’m under the impression that it was hastingly put together without further ado. When we arrived, the floors still had footprint stains and the bathroom sink as well as the drain had hair in it. there was mold in the corners of the bathroom tiles and the shower water was salty. the big button for toilet flushing doesn’t work. The bedsheets were shabby and the blanket has been used (there were no fitting sheets to put the blankets in either) which made sleeping really awkward. Additionally, the curtain was broken as well as the drying rack. There were exactly 4 hangers for clothes and no closet so it was difficult to hang clothes and wet towels. The kitchen was ok equipped, but the cutlery were dirty and even had food stains on them. A water boiler to make coffee would be nice. The placement of the stove is rather suboptimal since you hit your head on the vent everytime you throw things in the trash. I think this has been mentioned before, but the Wi-Fi is really bad. Overall it was rather an uncomfortable stay and I’m strongly dissatisfied. Given paying 100€ per night I had expected more, especially improvements in basic necessities.

The price for the Casa di Bella was decent. Apartment has a lot of space, one large balcony where you can spend time. The place was only for us and it is close to city centre. Refrigerator is very effective. You can find a lot of extra blankets if you feeling cold :). Our host didn't impose himself and helped us with transfer to the airport, many thanks for that. We asked about wifi and recieved password but we didn't log in.

The street is very loud because of a lot cars passing by. The bathroom is in bad shape, the tiles are coming off the wall and there is a musty smell in the air ( too much humidity). The upper floor was sticky. I don't recommend to lean against railing at the big balcony - it needs urgent repairs. The kitchen is unusable, the sink is leaking to the cabinet an the kitchen faucet is broken.The kitchen looks worn (besides refrigerator). Tv on upper floor has no signal, and the second tv has Netflix but it is not working. I asked our Host about bicycle rental, but with no answer.

It's a big modern apartment in a nice location close to the port (5 min walk) The host, Denise, is a friendly person. We've had some problems when we arrived but she fixed them pretty fast. Big living room with a very comfortable couch. Near the building is one of the tastiest pizza ever (Vasili's pizza)

Good position and extremely fair quality-price ratio, I would personally come back there. Apartment is very big with extremely comfortable sofas and nice kitchen

from the terrace of the kitchen you see all abandoned houses/houses in construction but it is not a problem of the host

I have found the key easily (plus points for contactless check in). The beds were comfortable we had a good night sleep, also thanks to the A/C in each rooms. The livingroom was big and the sofa was comfortable, just perfect for hanging out.

In the livingroom some more light would have been great and to fix the bathroom door. Other than that we had a great stay!

There wasn’t WiFi, also no heat, it was very cold and after some time owner brought electric heater for only one room when we where in three rooms.
