Historic Apartment in the Center of Christiansted
L'appartamento è situato nel cuore del centro storico di Christiansted. Inoltre si trova nell'edificio è un Juicebar, studio di yoga, parrucchiere e un centro benessere.
Appartamento colorato con due camere da letto (queen in master e 2 full size in seconda camera da letto), soggiorno, bagno e cucina completa (fride, piano cottura, lavastoviglie). La connessione Wifi è inclusa e un firestick sulla tv. Aria condizionata nelle camere da letto e nel soggiorno.
A pochi passi dalla spiaggia, forte, lungomare, negozi e una fermata dei taxi proprio fuori!
Siamo situati nel centro di Christiansted direttamente di fronte alla casa del governo. Tutti i migliori bar e ristoranti si trovano a due isolati a piedi, esplorano lo storico Christiansted e salgono sul traghetto per raggiungere l'Hotel on the Cay per godersi la loro spiaggia, un ottimo posto per un buon tramonto!
Unisciti a noi per un corso di yoga, un pasto sano o un servizio spa. L'appartamento è adiacente ad uno studio di yoga, dove le lezioni si tengono 7 giorni alla settimana. Alcune classi possono essere un po 'rumorose, tutte le classi sono finite entro le 20:00. Oltre allo studio di yoga, c'è anche un bar con succhi e frullati, day spa, parrucchiere e due gioiellerie situate nello stesso edificio.

This is a nice property with an excellent location in Christiansted. A few things to note about the listing. The entire appartment is not air conditioned, just the two bedrooms and living room. This leaves only the kitchen and small dining area without a/c but temperatures there are not typically uncomfortable. The washer and dryer are not in the apartment but are in the business on the ground floor and only accessible during business hours. The person in that business was very kind and moved my laundry from the washer to the dryer and even folded everything so I could pick it up the next day.The apartment itself was clean and well laid out, though the fact that the living room and 2nd bedroom are not completely separate (the wall is open near the ceiling) could present a problem if someone is trying to sleep while there are activities in the living room.The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and utensils. The common practice is to leave your extra supplies for the next renters which we found very helpful.The location is great, being only a few minutes walk to the boardwalk and government parking lot (free). I definitely recommend this location if it fits your needs

We had a great experience. The location is perfect to shop… easy access to the beach and local restaurants. Shane was very helpful. The shuttle to Cay Island to go to the beach was very covenient.

The apartment was cute and quirky and a welcome change from many of the other vacation style rental properties Ive stayed in over the past eight months. It is in the center of Christiansted, literally a few steps to all the bars and restaurants and the waterfront pier, so definitely more of an urban feel which I liked. The write-up does warn of the adjacent yoga studio, and it is literally out the window. Im out and about most nights so the sounds of yoga classes didnt bother me, but it could be a distraction. Overall a great little place for the money.
