The staff
The old super uncomfortable mattress and overall decor and carpet. Smelled like cigarettes all the time.

The layout of the food was nice , salad looked nicely prepared and laid out as did the cold meat 's , the coffee machine was awesome, very nice coffee
The bread had green mould on it , it was plain to see . And the scrambled eggs tasted strainge , ( i have eaten scrambled eggs like this in many hotels in Europe and all have tasted lovely , So not sure what was wrong with your eggs.

Great service from Tanya in reception, very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Hotel is very nice. Not sure when I'll be back in Yambol but this is the natural first choice

The apartment was clean and spacious. I really liked that there was an additional toilet. The food in the main restaurant was tasty. The personnel was polite and friendly. Location was excellent.
Although clean, the hotel looks dated and needs renovating.

Nothing.
Very poor place. The towels were dirty, staff is very unpleasant and aggressive. We cancel the stay, got back the money. My recommendation - stay away from this place.

Great well organised hotel. You can't find better combination in any city in bulgaria. Excellent hotel , high qualitative staff (as Mariela the receptionist), in the center of the town, very quiet, and reasonable price.
Also the town, Yambol is probably the most underated town in Bulgaria. Yambol has amazing Vibe, Big part of the city is just for pedestrians, and All the center is covered by big trees that decrease significantly the summer heat.
Most recommended for everyone: The hotel and the city.
The WIFI has endless disconnections every 3-4 minutes on the 7th floor . It should be improved immediately.
I tried the breakfast for extra fee, but it was very poor. The city has endless opportunities for eating. So it was unnecessary to eat there.

I was alone at this hotel for work, I came across several problems (unrelated to the hotel) the help I received from the reception staff, Elena, Mariella and Melissa was way above and beyond their work duties. These young Ladie's were trully amazing and I could not have continued without their help.
Everything was marvelous.
