Fantastic location,staff , spotlessly clean and comfortable

Nothing perfect

Los puntos a favor del alojamiento han sido lo bonito que es, las buenas instalaciones que tiene y la atención que nos pusieron en todo momento. En cuanto a este último punto, se nos olvidó el adaptador español y nos dejaron unos para cargar los teléfonos, además no llevábamos desayuno cogido y el hotel pone a disposición de los huéspedes un desayuno gratuito que está bastante completo.

El WiFi estaba roto desde el miércoles y aún no funcionaba, por lo que en un país en el que hay ciertas compañías móviles que no tienen roaming gratis, es un poco complicado. Además, en nuestra habitación no había cobertura, 0, por lo que sin WiFi no podíamos hacer nada con el teléfono.

Lovely apartment. Clean and warm throughout. Comfy bed, slept really well. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay again.

Suite and apartment was spectacular. Ladies took amazing care of us, were very informative and super friendly. Will definitely book again on our next trip.

Not much around if you want to go for a meal but that is not the hotel's fault.

This is the best hotel to stay in if you are a Liverpool Fc fan, simply walk down the road to the beautiful Anfield. Extremely welcoming staff who treat you like family and make hotel TIa feel like home. Very clean spacious rooms and a great continental breakfast to fill up on.

There is nothing not to like only criticism is we arrived at teatime and they only do food on a Matchday but it was not a problem as we were allowed to get an uber eats delivered.

Wir haben ein Upgrade bekommen. Statt Dreibettzimmer bekamen wir ein komplettes Apartment im Nachbargebäude. Alles war sehr neu und extrem sauber. Die Einrichtung war schlicht und modern, genau mein Geschmack. Eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küchenzeile mit Spülmaschine (die wir allerdings nicht benutzt haben), Toaster, Wasserkocher, Tee und Kaffee. Der Blick vom Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer ging auf den dahinter befindlichen Stanley Park. Man konnte auch das Goodison Park, das Stadion des FC Everton, sehen. Das Anfield Stadion liegt wenige Minuten entfernt. Für Fußballfans ideal. Auch war es angenehm ruhig ( wir waren nicht während eines Matches da). Susan und Christine waren superfreundlich und extrem hilfsbereit. Leider gab es ein Problem mit dem W-LAN, aber das lag nicht am Hotel. Frühstück gab es auch keines, aber das war kein Problem mit der kleinen Küche. Haben wir uns selber etwas mitgebracht. Ein paar hundert Meter von dern Unterkunft entfernt fahren verschiedene Busse für wenig Geldregelmäßig in die Innenstadt. Unschlagbares Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Leider hat das W-LAN nicht funktioniert (aber das lag wohl nicht am Hotel).

Breakfast was continental. The location was a stones throw away from stadium so it was perfect for us. Fab hotel. Great staff and a great atmosphere. Our 2 bedroom apartment was superb. Best night’s sleep I’ve had for ages. Would definitely recommend.
