A good central location in a quiet spot. Minimally but well stocked with kitchen necessities.
Convenient parking and easy accessibility.
I felt the kitchen and bathroom could have been cleaner. I had to clean both areas on arrival.

Ottima posizione, parcheggio presente in loco, indicazioni chiare e disponibilità dell' host. Appartamento funzionale e dotato di tutto il necessario.
Nulla.

Well situated, near to the shops and canal.
Well equipped , although in the heatwave we could have done with a fan.
The early communication was welcome .
The bedsettee wasn't very comfortable to sleep on and it was difficult to get the bedding from under the double bed in the one bedroom. I had pre-ordered it beforehand.
The towels were quite small. It would have been better to have supplied bath sheets.
Although I always clean up after a stay, I felt the instructions to wash and put away all equipment, clean the sides and put all the rubbish out was a bit much. Isn't a cleaning fee already included!
