Location: nice location near Bruck center, Zell am See and Kaprun.
Apartment: very clean, spacious, generous bathroom and shower space, kitchen with all utilities you may need, and a gorgeous view from the living room, and from the big terrace, towards mountains.
Hosts: Bec and Chris are a very nice couple, very open and friendly. The communication with them started well before our holiday, in the sense that they provide us useful information and replayed to our questions promptly and pro-active.
For the apartment they is a parking place included in the price, which is great, as in the street in front of the house there is no possibility to park the car.
Also, if you are interested, you can rent from the bike and helmet and visit Kaprun and Zell am See. You'll find great infrastructure for bicyclists and the landscape is amazing, as taken from a postcard!
We were very pleased with our stay, and already recommend the place to my colleagues and friends. :)

We had a perfect stay at the appartement with our family with two young childeren. Everything was very spacious and clean. The hosts are also very nice and helpful!

Our hosts Bec and Chris were incredibly helpful and welcoming, meeting us from the train and bringing our luggage to the chalet. They made us very welcome and gave lots of helpful advice about the local area. The chalet was very spacious, clean and well appointed. The location was peaceful but very convenient for all the local amenities. We loved sitting out on the terrace in the evenings watching the sun set over the mountains.

Nice big balcony to enjoy breakfast, diner and the evenings on. Calm location but very close to a train station and highway to easily travel to nearby destinations.

Everything was perfect. Bec and Chris are very nice anf friendly hosts. They prepared everything for us so that we felt as much as comfortable as possible. We came with 4 motorbikes and they offered their parking space with roof for our bikes (in case of the rain) and also prepared 4 wooden plates so that we could park our bikes on the pebbles - so nice and attentive:):):) Appartment is cosy, sweet, comfortable, outside there is nice garden - mountain view. Nice, big table in the kitchen. Comfortable sofa. Comfortable beds.
Because of the rain there was a bit cold and the heating was not properly working - the one functioning only was in the kitchen. But Chris and Bec offered us electric radiator and some more blankets.
There should be at least one more cloth for cleaning table available and maybe some other cleaning agents. Maybe dishwaher tablets. Those are only some ideas what to improve, but it was nothing disturbing really.

the couple were there upon our arrival, they were super nice and also flexible with our change of arrival time! The place was so cozy, we really loved staying here - as it says on their business card - it's where it feels like a Sunday every day, it's very true!! :) We'd love to come back.
