Fabulous location with a direct route down to the sandy, clean beach. Just under 15 minute walk into Abersoch centre. Wow factor as we drove up from the main road as it is right at the end of some other dwellings on top of the hill giving a real sense of space and great views which don't come across in pictures. Heating system was really effective which pleasantly surprised me given the property is a bit older so I'd worried about it being chilly.
I know it's an older property however thought it could have been a bit cleaner (eg. cobwebs all across the top bunk plus some rubbish under it. Certainly not a deal breaker but this isn't a budget stay.

An amazing location, charming, would comeback for sure. Beautiful get away.
Mould was not good in bathroom and corridor outside the bathroom, lights flickered then cut off and then electricity cut off definitely a faulty light we had to reset the electricity. Dodgy front door- hard to get in and out, had to use extreme force… from a safety perspective this did concern me more so if we had to escape. TV not in an ideal
