Amenities of tea and for breakfast were all in the room and the room was clean and comfortable
Only thing I didn’t like was the toilet and sink facilities were outside the room

We spent a wonderful night in a cozy, clean room in the stylish homely house nearby the Aberdeen airport, where we needed to go the following morning.
Spacious clean toilet and a pleasant hot shower was next door in the corridor.
The owner was very nice to us and the breakfast was delicious.
Free parking in front of the house.
No problems at all.
