Nice location because of the views of the hahnenkamm abfarht from the big balcony and only a few minutes away from the Schwarzsee, which is really nice to take a swim. Steep street to get there, private parking, our campervan of 6 meters fitted on the parking.
It’s a bit older, which means the Bathrooms are a bit smaller and not the cleanest I’ve seen in terms of kit joints.

Character and charm.
Kitchen needs a small pan.
No detergent products for kitchen and bathroom, had to buy my own.
Pillows very uncomfortable.
Main mattress very good, other beds’ mattress not so good.
Stairs squeaking which was annoying thinking of the neighbours.
