Lage ruhig, Personal freundlich.
Sauberkeit - wir hatten einige Unterkünfte und auch einfach - das war mit Abstand das unsauberste. Zimmer dazu noch sehr abgewohnt.

Nhân viên lễ tân lịch sự, upgrade phòng cho mình khi sẵn sàng. Mình chạy bộ về cần nước đá chườm chân thì cũng được hỗ trợ.
Nhân viên lễ tân quên mất việc dọn phòng cho mình, khi có notes trên thẻ phòng là muốn dọn phòng thì gửi chìa khoá lễ tân. Phòng cách âm không tốt, nên khi bên ngoài ồn ào thì bên trong ko ngủ dc.

Location was great just a few minuets in taxi from crazy house, maze bar and night market.
Had to ask for bed to be remade after last guest had slept in it. Bed was remaid straight away I'm not fussed this mistake happened.

nice seating area and spacious room. location fine a short walk to restaurants.
No suitable breakfast. all that was offered were frugal noodles with meat or prawn. we are vegetarian so we had nothing. manager not available to complain. noisy at weekends, full of families making noise late and early.

Krin Villa is a family orientated villa. I visited Krin Villa 3 years ago and fell in love with the place, the architectural of the building is quite unique. The location is very quiet and very near to the central market.
After 3 years and during Covid period, the overall place is quite run down, the amenities needs some maintenance too. However I do not mind small small imperfections. Krin price is good for individual who prefer quiet area.

Nice hotel for a short stay. Proper and pretty room.
Breakfast could be better offered for tourists, because there is no menu and most of the stuff cannot speak English, so we got what they have given to us...

Good location, nice architecture od the Villa. Very nice garden, where is served the breakfast.
Poor sound insulation. At night you can hear everything that is going on in the bathroom in the room one floor up. It's annoying to hear the water running through the waste pipes.

The scenery
The hotel only use the electricity for bathroom from solar energy, without backup from traditional water heater while the weather in Dalat is so cool. That night I go to bathroom quite late (nearly 12pm) and there is no hot water left. That's so uncomfortable.
=> The villa should install traditional water heater to backup.

The garden was lovely
The livingroom was dusty, the bathroom and bedroom had mould on the walls. There were beer cans and rubbish on the verandah.

Nice place, very close to Xuan Huong lake.
We stayed on the rooftop room, and noise from the water pump during night time, really annoying.

Good sized room in an attractive new property. Very comfortable.
It’s down a lane with poor drainage that completely flooded during our stay, making it difficult to access on foot. That said, no one seems to walk anywhere in Vietnam, so perhaps not a problem for most.
