Our room was close to beach (we paid for premium room), quimera restaurant (The Level restaurant available for us for one night, thanks to our Booking reservation), pool space, very friendly staff in general, booking staff, access to food and beverages even after check-out. Room cleanliness. Food was great during the weekend. Early check-in and late check-out thanks to Booking reservation. Hotel was nearly 55% occupancy during september, it was nice and relaxing. A lot off activities to choose from during day and night, and weekly updates in real time in their website
Lack of communication between the staff regarding guests amenities. On our third day, the hotel had a construction outside our room before 9am and until 4pm, we complained with service staff, but they didn't stop the construction, nor did anything to compensate us. Quality alcohol beverages not available for premium and deluxe rooms, only for The Level guests. Very aggressive upseling strategy withing the premises since our arrival. Food was regular on Monday and Thursday.

The place was absolutely spectacular, there were magnificent shows, and the food was very good.
There were huge numbers of mosquitoes in our room,it was a disaster; we even found a large cockroach. We also went a whole day without hot water.

El ambiente es bonito, la comida es buena..!!
El servicio no es bueno, pides mil veces las cosas y no te las llevan nunca, el aire dañado, el lavamanos tapado, el telefono no servia, y no te asisten, aparte algo muy muy incomodo es que te persiguen para venderte cosas lo que sea, son insistentes.. uno va para estar tranquilo no para estar con esa presion..
