Chillax Heritage Hotel Khaosan

amazing pool with great views, highlight of the hotel and much appreciated after a dar out exploring the city in the summer heat, Also the hottub in the room was super nice

nothing to complain about, just realized the price was cheaper if you booked directly so a bit mixed feelings about that

Location was great. The stuff were very kind and professional.

No complaints everything was perfect

The staff was super friendly and made us feel seen and welcome! I forgot my house keys and personal belongings in the safe before check out, but they sent them to me at the airport with delivery and made sure I got them before the plane left. They really saved me and went out of their way to fix the problem. The location was amazing. It was not in the middle of traffic, but still only a few minutes from busy Khaosan road and in a lively street. The water taxi is super close, but the roof top terrace made us feel like we were in a super quiet and relaxing oasis. The roof\ms were nice, and the ac cooled the room quickly. I liked that I could set the fan to low if I wanted a quiet night. The breakfast was really nice and customizable.

The staff can't help it, but the bath is made in a way that makes it easy to get water on the floor. It wasn't a problem, just remember to not leave towels or clothing on the floor if that happens in your room.

Good location and the Staff was nice. Shower doesn't get the whole bathroom wet.

My room was on the street and the traffic noise was loud. There's a small step down to get into the bathroom that is really easy to forget that it's there and fall off it. Or if you're coming the other way you kick it. I did not like getting in and out of a bathtub to take the shower.
