My room was exactly as the photos. The bed is soft and large/ long. The shower has great pressure and can get very hot. The shower fittings are at a good height so the rainfall shower head I could stand under (over 6ft) Towels are good, plenty of useful fittings in bathroom for towels and toiletries. Room was very quiet did not hear other guests. The rooms are behind the main building and reception so shielded from the street. I had a small balcony which was handy to dry swimwear/ towels. Laundry service was very fast and efficient. The host was extremely helpful and friendly, anything I needed she would help and here recommendations were fantastic. The location is 10min walk or 3min grab from old town but out of the tourist chaos. A local market is on its doorstep along with plenty of restaurants and good supermarkets. Best homestay I stayed in during my Vietnam trip please move to other locations.

No breakfast available at the property. Not a problem as really good banh mi and cafe very close, also allows earlier starts to the day as many places start breakfasts at 7.30.

I had a great stay at Bean Grass Homestay. The owner was extremely welcoming, friendly and always available to help with anything I needed. She made the whole experience very easy and enjoyable. The room was clean, comfortable and well maintained, and the location was convenient for exploring Hoi An. I would definitely recommend this homestay to anyone looking for a pleasant stay.
