Fantastic beach house on a secluded beach
Una casa a tre piani di recente costruzione a tre piani, con quattro camere da letto, situata su un miglio di spiaggia sabbiosa solitaria. Si trova a pochi passi da un mercato del pesce, un ristorante all'aperto (La Casa del Dorado) e solo a breve distanza da numerosi bar del quartiere, stand gastronomici e una panetteria. Situato nello storico Barrio Espinar, questo pittoresco quartiere ospita le più antiche rovine di chiese dell'isola risalenti al 1500. La terrazza di livello superiore offre la migliore vista della costa occidentale con vista sui pueblos da Aguadilla a Rincon. Il livello principale ha tre camere da letto, due bagni, una cucina e accesso al patio di terzo livello. Lo studio di livello inferiore ha il proprio soggiorno, bagno, angolo cottura e lavanderia.

Beautiful beach to enjoy in a quiet location that is close enough to many amenities. Best feature - location! The house was clean & well equipped, providing ample beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, toys, for la playa. It should be mentioned that during our visit the sea was too rough for swimming with the exception of 1 very calm day out of 7. Many other beautiful beaches to explore, and maybe during other times of the year the waters here are better for swimming. We still had a wonderful time. Don't miss the bioluminescent bay!

Had a wonderful stay at Playa Espinar. Home was beautifully appointed and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Beautiful quiet beach and within driving distance to many sights (waterfalls, surfing lessons). Highly recommend - would love to stay again.

When we checked in there were several cockroaches in the home. I informed the vrbo contact and was told they'd get back to me regarding an exterminator. No word for over a day until I reached out again and they informed me they had someone scheduled to come out. We were also told we'd get another set of keys and that someone would come unclog a bathroom drain and neither happened.
Overall it was a lovely house and everyone enjoyed themselves but the communication was lacking follow through.
