Grande appartamento ad Amsterdam sud, in una strada tranquilla, vicino al centro congressi RAI e al bellissimo parco Beatrix. Ristoranti e negozi dietro l'angolo. 15 minuti a piedi dal Museo Rijks e dal Museo Van Gogh. 1/2 ora a piedi dalle principali piazze e aree pedonali del centro di Amsterdam. L'appartamento si trova vicino ai tram numero 12 e numero 4, nonché alla metropolitana e alla stazione ferroviaria RAI.
L'appartamento si sviluppa su tre piani. Al primo piano c'è una cucina, un bagno, un soggiorno con un piccolo balcone, una camera da letto con un letto doppio e una camera da lavoro con un divano, che potrebbe essere usato come un letto extra, se necessario. Al piano superiore c'è un secondo bagno e una stanza con le scale che portano al terzo livello, con un altro doppio male e un'enorme terrazza sul tetto.
L'appartamento è molto ben attrezzato, con grande TV, WiFi, tutte le attrezzature da cucina, lavatrice e asciugatrice.

We had a great stay at Dejana’s apartment.It is located in a great part of the city,quiet and peaceful,but only a short walk to de Pijp and the museum area.The apartment is great,cozy and comfortable,thoughtfully decorated with a lovely roof top deck.Great experience all around,easy check in and great communication with the hosts.

This apartment is beautiful and in a great neighborhood. It's a 10-minute walk to an Albert Heijn grocery, the Metro, and the no. 12 Tram. We loved the location and the host's recommendations. Check-in and check-out were easy, and the host was extremely responsive. 4 sleeping areas and 2 bathrooms are hard to find in Amsterdam. This apartment was perfect for our family of 4. We really loved staying here, and cannot recommend highly enough.

The house is on a quiet, friendly street quite close to shops, restaurants, and transport. It’s easy to get anywhere in the city or surrounding area from there. We were a group of four older siblings and there was plenty of room for us all. Dejana was a very responsive host. All around, a fabulous place to stay in Amsterdam!

Stayed here to attend a conference at RAI. easy walk to the RAI. Tram & metro near by. Walkable to great restaurants & supermarkets. Residential area (rather than tourist)Agree that stairs are steep. Not clear in listing: there are 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed (comfy). The study has a sofa bed & opens off the dining room (but no door to make it a separate room). At the very top of the house is another room leading onto the roof terrace that has a sofa bed. The house was well equipped. Lovely living room. The owner was friendly & responsive.
