Venite a godervi Edgewater, situato a pochi passi dal centro di Cedar Key. Ristorante e negozi partono a 300 metri dalla casa. La casa si trova nella parte orientale di Bayou, goditi le maree che rotolano dentro e fuori, belle albe, un sacco di uccelli costieri, triglie che saltano e le focene occasionali nel canale. Il grande cortile ha vecchie querce, altalene, palme autoctone e un sacco di ibisco. Ottimo portico sotto casa, offre molta ombra, ci sono altalene e tavolo e sedie per il tuo divertimento .... un posto perfetto in tempo soleggiato o piovoso. Ci sono 3 camere da letto, camera da letto principale ha un letto matrimoniale, la seconda camera ha un letto full-size, la terza camera ha 2 letti singoli. La cucina e il ponte al piano superiore si affacciano sul lungomare, l'ampio soggiorno spazioso ha molti posti a sedere per i vostri ospiti. Vi è una pesca eccellente negli appartamenti di trota, sgombro spagnolo e scorfano, al largo per cernia e dentice. House si trova direttamente di fronte al Cedar Key Marina. Marciapiede da casa va in giro per la città.

Communication was great from beginning to end, house was exactly as described, location is perfect for a fishing get away.

The view from the upstairs porch was so serene ! (There was a full moon at night that shone on the bayou... Wow! ) The downstairs patio was great for grilling and a different view of the bayou, plenty of chairs and space. We loved our morning coffee looking at the birds..... ospreys, rosy spoonbills and the boats going out !! Beautiful white cat came to say hello everyday❤️The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook meals ! Lovely dishes, bowls, glassware ect we loved using ! Beds were all comfy too. Easy drive into town...... We will be back!

Great place to stay, be sure to rent carts with license plate, and bring solid coconut oil to rub on for the no seums. View is amazing, has a unique Tiki bar just down the street. Amazing sunset sets from their docks. House is perfectly located for tiki bar, grocery store and quick to get to dock street where everything is at. Just a great relaxing place to be!!

We really enjoyed this property. It has a great sitting area. Perfect Dock to fish from. I’ve been coming to Cedar Key for the last 30 years and this is our new go to property to stay at from now on. The property manager is easy to communicate with and was very prompt to answer back with questions and answers

Better than home ❣️ Even had an outside kitty. Sat out on the deck every morning and had coffee, so relaxing. Took a ride around the town and saw all the beautiful houses, and ate way to much lol. Beds were great and plenty of room.

This property is exactly as advertised. The charm of this old Florida home was a welcome change from some of the other homes we have rented in previous years. But even though it is not a new home, it had absolutely everything we needed during our 2-week stay. My husband, who is the cook, especially appreciated the well-stocked pantry and the huge collection of pots and pans. The house was spotless when we arrived which I especially appreciate since I keep my own house clean. Our favorite spot in the whole house was the deck overlooking the bayou. We spent countless hours watching the wildlife and especially the pair of ospreys taking turns tending their eggs on the nest right offshore. Also, it was fascinating to watch them eat the fish they caught right on the dock to this property. We saw roseate spoonbills several times when they flew in to feed during low tide. It truly was a paradise for wildlife. Rosemary, thank you very much for making this trip so special for us.

Close but not too near the center of Cedar Key. Check in process, location, and decorations all were fine. Excellent living room and rear deck to relax on.

4 long time college friends spent a delightful 3 days in Cedar Key. Our house was close to everything, had all the amenities we needed, and were able to check in early. We enjoyed walking around town and found some great food to eat too. The Tidewater Tour boat ride was fun.

We enjoy everything about staying at Edgewater House.The new osprey nest gave us many hours of enjoyment along with other great bird watching and the occasional dolphin passing by. Rosemary is a great owner. A five star experience. We are looking forward to our stay next year!

My girlfriend and I needed a quiet escape for a few days and this was an ideal getaway. Pretty views from back deck, access to a dock on the water, close to restaurants/bars, and pier.

This house was excellent for two couples. Everything needed for a short stay was provided, the house was well appointed and well furnished. The outdoor deck, dock, and water view were very enjoyable. The property owner was very helpful and responsive. Highly recommended!

If you are looking for a quiet place to stay this house is perfect. Enjoy coffee on the back deck and watch the wildlife. Town is only 1/2 mile walk. The house wasn't fancy but it was nice and roomy. We liked its simplicity and setting

Our first trip to Cedar Key was nice and relaxing. Used a golf cart to check out the area including the restaurants, bar etc. The airport landing area was a great place to see the sunset.

Great view of the back waters! House was in a great location. We brought our gold cart and was only a 3 minute distance to down town area. House was fully stocked. Did not need to get anything! Thank you :)

Had a great time. Very relaxing, great for fishing (new dock). Caught the bait fish and shrimp with a cast net off the dock during low tide. Caught trout, red fish, and lost a monster that straightened my hook. Beautiful sunsets. Quaint town that was welcoming. Super fast response by the homeowner (they even helped with fishing spots). All the amenities you need. Room to park my boat. Hose for cleaning the boat, and fish!!! Can’t wait to come back!!

Check in and out couldn’t be easier. Property owner extremely responsive and helpful. Home very comfortable, and has everything you could expect and more. Mattresses comfortable as well. Marina across the street for fishing needs as well as bait. We caught quite a few blue crabs and a catfish. We were surprised how much we enjoyed watching the vast amount of different birds. We fell in love with the Osprey that roost right behind the house and the Spoonbill. There were probably close to 100 sting rays that come in with the tide each night eating on the oyster beds behind the house,

We really enjoyed our stay in Rosemary's house on Cedar Key. I had been wanting to experience "Old School Florida" without the high rises and crowds. Cedar Key did not disappoint. Rosemary's house is exactly as advertised. She is a wonderful communicator and the check in process could not have been easier. The house is clean as a pin and has everything you could possibly need. It's a 5 minute walk to downtown and right across from a marina if you are into fishing. She made some great recommendations on food. My favorite happened to be Tony's Clam Chowder. It was the best I have ever had. About 30 minutes prior to sunset each night, we walked over to a great spot she recommended and saw some beautiful sunsets. I highly recommend her house.
