Parking garage is dark and too massive - need to drive down 4 levels to hotel access.
Partiton in room between bed and sofa is warped. Seems that it was installed incorrectly.
Alcohol selection is very limited and staff are not experienced bar tenders.
Maid was loud in hallway.

Facilities were ok- common areas were well maintained but my room had lumpy carpet that needed to be replaced.
Parking garage was full so I had to walk in the rain for 4 blocks at night by myself. Parking is a basic expectation for a hotel in a car-dependent location like Iowa City. The property needs to secure more spots in the shared garage. The staff was not helpful. I will not stay at this property again.
