Location and greet breakfast

Property could use some updates like room carpet and hallways etc

The room was cute and cozy. good location.

The lady checking us in was bar tender and coffee maker, cook. The wine was old, if you advertise having a bar have a bar tender. It made us not want to eat anything if she had to cook too.

Location was great and it was super clean and comfortable

They double charged my card and said one was for the actual stay and one was a deposit and that it would go off my card in 5-10 days but to me that’s too long and not right anyways. They also tacked on another $40 over the Booking.com price

The room was nice & the breakfast bar was very good. Staff was also very friendly

The elevator scared my daughter & I being loud & got stuck between floors.

Bed was amazingly comfortable. Extra towels in bathroom. Friendly and helpful staff.

Hot water took a long time to reach our floor. Parking was expensive.

The rooms were spacious with high ceilings. It was clean and quiet. The parking was easy.

Near to where I needed to be.

This was the first stay I’ve had where there was no available parking. Also, I tried to schedule through the Hyatt app the day of my stay and after showing availability, and going through payment info, it then rejected my reservation. I ended up having to schedule through Booking.com which cost me $60 more for the night. Now very accommodating to a frequent Hyatt customer with the rewards program.

Close to down town, clean and great breakfast.

Pool was tiny and no hot tub.

Parking situation stinks and I hate paying more to park in such a small city.

The door to the room stuck- you couldn’t close it quietly.

Most of the staff were excellent. One fellow was difficult to deal with and did nothing extra to assist us with a very squeaky bathroom door. The breakfast was great- wide variety to choose from

Bathroom door squeaked so loudly! This awakened me when my husband had to use the bathroom during the night.

Tanya was very nice and accommodating with our early check-in request.

Breakfast was boring. Same thing daily. Staff at front desk far exceeded expectations, helpful, friendly, personable. Kudos to Nicola (I think that's her name) supervisor on evenings. And young man on evenings.

confusion with housekeeping. No garbage pick-up for3 and 1/2 days. Nicola came and emptied it, gave me fresh towels.

Staff were incredibly friendly and the pool was warm and a great size— we had it all to ourselves! Rooms were beautiful.

The Wi-Fi was very spotty and had little connection.

Check out time is perfect.

The carpet looks very old.

Friendly staff and very clean/comfortable. Location is close to restaurants & bars. It is easy to get too. We love Hyatt properties and this one did not disappoint.
