Fantastically located apartment with a wonderful mountain view in Nonn
L'ampio appartamento è composto da un ampio soggiorno, cucina separata, 2 camere matrimoniali, 1 bagno (vasca), 1 WC. Il soggiorno e una camera da letto hanno accesso al giardino che può essere utilizzato. La cucina è completamente attrezzata con macchina per il caffè, bollitore, utensili per cucinare e mangiare, cucina elettrica con forno e lavastoviglie. Nel soggiorno c'è un tavolo da pranzo e un'accogliente area salotto. WiFi, TV e sabbiera disponibili.
L'appartamento per non fumatori con circa 85 m si trova sull'intero piano del piano terra di una casa bifamiliare con una meravigliosa vista panoramica su tutte le montagne.
La casa si trova in una posizione appartata sopra la Chiesa di Nonner e dista solo circa 3 km dal centro di Bad Reichenhall, che può essere raggiunto a piedi o in bicicletta attraverso il Nonner Au. La fantastica posizione combina sole, tranquillità e montagne senza essere lontana dal fascino urbano e dalle popolari destinazioni delle escursioni. Un luogo di vacanza ideale per famiglie o ospiti in cerca di pace e relax. La città di Mozart, Salisburgo, il Salzkammergut, Berchtesgaden, il Königssee e la splendida Chiemgau sono raggiungibili in breve tempo. Il tuo appartamento è circondato dalla natura e da sentieri escursionistici (puoi fare un'escursione direttamente dalla casa all'Hochstaufen).

We look forward to returning in the next few years and renting the same house because we loved it so much. The pictures don't give it any justice, and the spectacular view of my hometown from the terrace and the serenity of the location made us look forward to coming home from day trips to nearby sightseeing attractions. (Salzburg and Berchtesgaden are 19 kilometers away in opposite directions) Everything was nearby, and we covered a lot of walking trails in Bad Reichenhall and the surrounding areas. We got there during a hot weather spell, and the house’s location had a nice cooler breeze in the mornings and evenings. We enjoyed that as well. I had to do some remote work, and we were perfectly connected, with no interruptions. The meadows around us had a flock of sheep, and there were horses. The church down below announced the time and is a beloved community-kept landmark. The home was clean and kitchen had all that I needed. The bathrooms were classic European that I'm accustomed to, so I can't compare them with what we used to in the U.S. I would highly recommend this little gem in the lower meadows of Nonn. Can't wait for another visit.

Tolle Ferienwohnung für mich und meine Familie. Wir sind 4 Personen. Ausreichend Platz. Sehr nette Vermieterin. Schöner Umgebung.

Wunderschöne Aussicht, zuvorkommende und sehr freundliche sowie bemühte Gastgeber, großzügige Ferienwohnung, perfekte Innentemperatur bei Hitze, gemütlicher Garten mit Terrasse, großes Plus für die ruhige Lage

This is a fairly spacious 2 bedroom ground floor apartment in a very quiet location on a hill with beautiful views. There is a shared garden and use of a few garden chairs on the garden path. The apartment stays fairly cool in the hot weather. It was very helpful that Margarete met us at the property on arrival to show us around and answer our questions. We appreciated her warm welcome.
Overall we found the apartment rather tired and lacking in several items that would have made our stay more pleasant ie toaster, microwave oven, vegetable peeler, baking dish, serving spoons, bedside tables, bedside lamps, bath towels (we were given 9 hand towels for our family of 5), towel rail in the bathroom, clothes hook in the bathroom, lightweight blankets and sheets (there were only very warm duvets). The kitchen is badly designed with cupboards over the hob and sink, and there was no cupboard or shelf space for our groceries.
The apartment was fairly clean, just some cobwebs.
Be aware that there is a tourist tax of 3.40 euros per person per day payable on arrival.
Although Bad Reichenhall is not an attractive town, it is a convenient location from which to explore more scenic locations in Bavaria such as around Berchtesgaden and also within easy reach of Salzburg and the Alps. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
