There is a window provided for the room.

its good value and worth it, ac ,tv, water heater function well, soap,toothbrush, toothpaste, mineral water, tissues , towels also provided.
1) there is defect water leaking through plaster ceiling (hole) in the toilet
2) one point of lighting in the room not functioning
3) there is no wall fan provided at laundry room (very hot)

I think the location of the hotel is okay, although it might look kinda scary, there are shops and convenience stores nearby as well.
There was no lift, and we had quite a few pieces of baggage to take up to the second floor. The cleanliness of the room could be improved as we can see some little cockroaches crawling out from under the bed. The lighting in the toilet can be improved as well, as it was kinda dark in the toilet.

The security was acceptable
A few power plugs in the room were inoperable. The door of the toilet is noisy when opening or closing. The area around the TV smells like cockroach.

when i c out i show deposit resit rm30 but the staff say i dont have change. he surpose talk polite n find the change not only sit do nothing

So far everything was good
When i arrived, the room was not ready yet and the housekeeper inside in the room while eating food. The room not very clean.

More facilities and many parking lot also breakfast.
Not Cleaning and not repair at all air conditioner not well also not warm shower always broke....

The bed springs punched in the back, the room had no windows, the air conditioner was right above the bed blowing on top of you while you slept. I understand it's a budget option, but...
