This house is a great place to stay when you visit Lake Havasu City! It's a well maintained, clean house with plenty of room for company. The neighborhood is quiet and the location is very convenient. We were there for two months and loved every minute. We highly recommend this house!

We didn't spend much time at the house other than to eat and sleep, but when we were there, the home worked out perfect for us. We were respectful to the neighbors as things in Havasu can get out of hand. Hope to inquire about a stay in the future.

The size of the home was perfect... we had family for a few days and there was plenty of room for all of us. This home fit all our needs!
The owner was very accommodating, helpful and attentive to our needs! We had lots of room and really enjoyed the "billiard room." Easy location to access everything in Lake Havasu. Not right on the water, but could drive to the bridge or island in no time. The kitchen had pretty much everything we needed to cook and bake and eat with. The grill was great and there was even an extra LP tank (just in case). There is a washer and dryer, which was handy (unique to us, having it out on the back patio).
The neighborhood is quiet and this house was a great place for us to "try out" snowbirding for one month! We loved it!
