Situata a meno di due isolati dalla spiaggia, questa unità è stata un affitto stagionale per 25 anni fino al 2017 ed è ora disponibile per affitti settimanali Con un ingresso privato davanti, l'intero secondo piano è tuo per divertirti. Hai un soggiorno, una sala da pranzo, una grande cucina, tre camere da letto e un bagno e mezzo. Le porte scorrevoli offrono un facile accesso al ponte posteriore che corre per tutta la lunghezza della casa. Una griglia a gas naturale è sul ponte posteriore per cucinare all'aperto. Vi è una doccia esterna calda / fredda chiusa per facilitare il ritorno in spiaggia. Carrello da spiaggia, ombrellone, sedie e sei badge da spiaggia sono forniti per l'uso dei nostri ospiti.
La cucina ha un'isola centrale per due persone e sei per il tavolo da pranzo. La camera da letto principale contiene un grande letto matrimoniale, la camera da letto ad angolo anteriore ha un nuovo letto matrimoniale e la terza camera ha due letti singoli. La casa fa il backup su acri verdi, non ci sono case dietro di noi. La lavatrice e asciugatrice in comune si trova al primo piano, l'accesso è dal lato della casa.
Nuovi pavimenti sono stati installati in cucina, sala da pranzo, soggiorno e sala. Abbiamo recentemente dipinto il soggiorno, la sala da pranzo, la cucina e la sala. Il bagno di servizio al largo della camera da letto principale è stato aggiornato con una nuova vanità e pavimento piastrellato. C'è un condizionatore a parete che raffredda il soggiorno, la sala da pranzo e la cucina. Le unità di condizionamento della finestra raffreddano le tre camere da letto. Ci sono cinque ventilatori a soffitto per aiutare a raffreddare le stanze. I fan sono nella sala da pranzo, nel soggiorno e nelle tre camere da letto.
La casa appartiene alla nostra famiglia da quando è stata costruita e aggiorneremo gli interni ogni anno. Non sono ammessi animali domestici; alcuni dei nostri familiari sono allergici agli animali. Nessun gruppo di festa o fumo è permesso in casa. Il periodo di noleggio va da sabato a sabato. Il camino non è operativo durante la stagione di noleggio.

The owner was incredibly responsive and helpful, clearly wanted to do everything possible to make our stay enjoyable. We loved this neighborhood and quick access to the beach. With a few tweaks they are working on I would put this at a 5 for the price point.

We overall were very pleased with our stay at this comfortable and conveniently located property a couple of blocks from one of Cape May Point's best and quietest beaches. The house is well furnished, air conditioned with an effective central air system, and the kitchen far better equipped than most rentals. Also of note, the outdoor shower is a good one. The property backs up to a wildlife preserve with a large back deck overlooking the woods. We would recommend the property and consider returning.

This beautiful home is in a remarkable location in Cape May Point. It has everything that we needed. It was very clean and very well stocked. The kitchen was clean and had updated appliances. The huge deck out back was private and looked over trees. I especially enjoyed looking at the monarch butterflies on the butterfly bushes! The very best part for me was the location- the beach is at the end of the street! This is a very well-kept property. We had a great time here!

This beautiful home is in a remarkable location in Cape May Point. It has everything that we needed. It was very clean and very well stocked. The kitchen was clean and had updated appliances. The huge deck out back was private and looked over trees. I especially enjoyed looking at the monarch butterflies on the butterfly bushes! The very best part for me was the location- the beach is at the end of the street! This is a very well-kept property. We had a great time here!

This property was all we hoped for...only a 5 minute walk to the beach which is so large and well kept..it feels like a private beach.
We rented Kayaks and a Paddle board from Aqua Trails Kayaking.
This company was so accommodating and helpful! They delivered and Picked-up the toys to our address free of charge.

Perfect location, too. A quick drive or bike to most of Cape May, including the downtown.
The porch off the kitchen and master bedroom was well-used and provided a lovely area to eat, relax and enjoy the sounds of birds and the surf.

We enjoyed our stay at the property. It is very conveniently located close to the beach, and accommodated our group of four adults and two kids. We enjoyed the deck with the grill a lot. The beach cart, umbrellas and chairs, provided by the owner, made our visits to the beach a lot easier.
