Staff was extremely friendly, we had always feeling they care about our comfort and wellbeing, which is very important when travelling with a little child. The hotel was clean and very comfortable, food was great, everything in place to properly rest.

Prima di tutto, la gentilezza dello staff, a partire dalla relation manager Kalliroy; il mare davanti alla struttura, bellissimo; le piscine per ogni età, anche con gli scivoli d'acqua; la sorpresa per il mio compleanno... Insomma tutto benissimo!

The food was delicious and varied, every evening there was a new theme. The staff was very friendly and patient, always tried to resolve any problems, special thanks to the people working at the reception for all the assistance. The beach was good, there is a portion which is not rocky, the water was clear and pleasant. Throughout the day and at evening there are different activities, for kids and for adults. Before our leave we received a nice gift, a little boat to remember our holiday, which I consider a nice gesture.

The door to our room had some problems and it was difficult to open and close it. When we arrived, it seemed that the toilet was slightly dirty. Also during the daily room cleaning it seemed that the floor was not cleaned ( swept or mopped ) during our stay.

Very good animation / entertainment program esp. for kids

Too many guests for the size of the location. As a result : very packed restaurant / beach and pool
