Picked Orbit because of its proximity to the VinWonders cable car and we weren't disappointed. The neighborhood is safe, leafy, and far from the city traffic noise. Exceptional hospitality—the front desk team always greeted us with big smiles and accommodated our late checkout request. The morning buffet offers a decent local spread with fresh fruit and eggs. The pool is situated in the courtyard but the kids still enjoyed an afternoon swim.

The hotel suited my style of travelling really well. I could have a quiet breakfast in the morning, head out for the day and return in the evening when I wanted to rest. Everything felt simple and relaxed rather than rushed. The staff were courteous and gave clear, detailed answers whenever I asked about something.

The front desk girls are absolute angels, always smiling and ready to help. I really enjoyed the morning iced coffee and hot noodle soup at breakfast, simple but tasty. You do have to grab a taxi to get into the main town for dinner, but honestly, for what you pay, you really can’t complain.

Pictures looked good
Hotel is run down, no hot water in bathroom for entire stay even those we raised with reception - nothing done to sort it. Location is too fr out of the way. Restaurant was closed and the buffet breakfast was very average.
