Check-in and check-out were very easy thanks to the access code system. The room was practical, clean, and had everything needed for a comfortable stay.
The accommodation is located slightly outside the city center, but Wrocław's main attractions can be reached within about 20 minutes on foot or even faster by tram. Several bakeries, supermarkets, and other useful amenities are just around the corner, making daily errands very convenient.
Overall, a practical and comfortable place to stay, and I would gladly recommend it to others.

Surrounded by busy roads which wasn't pleasant when opening a window

It's a nice neighborhood. Residential.
Real life. Excellent butcher.
10 min tram to the center.
The hood is a bit rough. Like people shoot up rough. Had no problems though.
Communication with host could be smoother.
