The photos and description did not correspond to reality. Apartment size up to 40 sq.m. although the description says 70sq.m.. The rooms are dark, with little light. The smell of dampness. The bedding is old and stained. The refrigerator is old. There is no sofa bed. Not value for money.

It seemed to us as a very good value for the paid price. The host was very accommodating.

Place is quite a bit uphill from center of Los Christianos, but we did expect this and had no problem walking the stairs. Parking the rental car around the place was always easy. Overall very good place if you are looking for some cheap place to spend your nights, but you are expecting to be off whole day anyways.

There is no grill available even though it is mentioned in description, but we had no time for grill anyways. Pool was closed due to Covid pandemic.

The host was very friendly and forthcoming. Communication process was easy via whatsapp. Check-in (incl. late arrival) and check-out process was very comfortable.

Location was fantastic, beds and sofa was very comfortable and lots of storage. There was also super fast WiFi. Having a washing machine, dishwasher and two bathrooms was a huge bonus.

There was no view from the property, and it would benefit from a toaster and more knives. But these are minor niggles we had a very pleasant and comfortable stay.
