The room we had was really nice and clean. The breakfast each morning was fresh and with different selections each day.
The location was ideal, with the direct bus line into Venice less than 5 mins walk from the room that took about 15 mins to get into the centre of Venice. And the host was lovely, really helpful and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay.

Host was communicative ahead of check-in and very friendly at check-in. I had an early checkout to catch a train, before breakfast, and they got me food to keep in my room fridge for the morning. Room was clean and functional.
Location is decent but a brisk walk to both the train station and Venice Mestre area, let alone the island. I used it for a train transfer and it was great for that. Bed could have been more comfortable but it was still good.

No one waited for us when we arrived (on time). The owner did not answer the telephone and finaly arrived after the man from the near coffee shop helped us to locate her.
No shower. Only bath (without a curtain)
Coffee machine didn't work
