We had a great time, the accommodations were what we were expecting, the lanai was little small off the living room, The sunrises were amazing!

This Unit had enough bedrooms for our family, it was very clean and the furniture was in great shape. The beds were nice and comfy. The views from the living room and Master were Breathtaking, we would definitely stay here again and also would not unless we rented with Happy Crab Vacations. Thank you Randy and Debbie for such great service😊

We have stayed at this exact location multiple times and have never been disappointed. From working with Randy from start to finish of the booking, to the end of our vacation,Randy has been extremely helpful and always quick to respond. Looking forward to many more vacations as a family.

We returned to this property for many reasons. Dealing with Randy and Debbie is always a pleasant experience. They go out of their way to fix ANY issue. We had a minor TV issue. Someone came immediately and it was fixed in 5 minutes. This property has really great views of the ocean as it is an end unit on the 10th floor. Lots of windows throughout the entire condo. Good size rooms as it is a very large 4 bedroom, 3 bath. Really nice bathrooms and showers. Great kitchen well stocked and eating area is large as we like to dine together for every meal. Living room has large screen TV and plenty of room for all 7 of us to sit around and enjoy a little TV time together. An extra study, reading room or TV room for the kids is across from the kitchen. Really a nice extra. Two patio porches, one off master bedroom and one off the living room for sitting and peacefully looking at the beach and ocean. Very relaxing. The entire building is kept spotless. Restrooms on first floor near pool area are immaculate. Lots of space to sit on couches and chairs inside and outside pool and jacuzzi area. You can eat at large tables on the first floor or play games on a rainy day. This entire property has everything you could possibly need. They even have grills on side of building to cook out and are located on north side of building in a nice large shaded sandy fenced in area for kids to play. We really do love the place !!!

Everything was exactly as described. Beautiful condo and beautiful beach. Access to the beach was very easy which is very helpful when toting two toddlers. Can’t think of anything we would change. Communication was quick and easy. We would definitely rent here again!!

The water pointe 1 Unit 1001 is on the 10th (top) floor of the Waterpointe 1 with a great view of the ocean. The elevators work well and it is extremely easy to get to the beach. Parking is easy with the parking lot across the street. For the condo, it is a four bedroom that is not long and narrow. The bedrooms are not large but comfortable. The living area is pretty small and the furniture is not very comfortable, but the kitchen is pretty well stocked and easy to work in. We had a little trouble with the dishwasher and the washing machine but the maintenance man came and fixed both promptly. Communication between the management and us was easy and they responded quickly. The three bathrooms were large and clean. Overall, it was a good experience for the family this week and we would stay here again.

The property building was fantastic, super friendly. All necessities were very easily accessible. Absolutely loved the beach access and outdoor pool area. The views, sunsets and sunrises we're magical.
I will add some constructive criticism. The couches had a lot of sand from previous renters which wasn't cleaned properly, there was laundry in the wash machine from others and no beach towels. Overall lovely experience!!

Great Location, Great View, TONS of Space
What a great property right on the beach. We were a bit leery of the 10th floor given we had stayed at a different place the year before that was on the first floor and an easy walk out. The elevator was fast and given the time of year the crowds were small. Randy and Debbie were there to answer any and all questions. If you stay over the winter months you'll have something to do most every night (happy hour, games, pot lucks). We enjoyed our stay tremendously.

Our fourth year in Water Point 1 but our first year in 1001. Clean, nicely furnished and plenty of room. Beautiful newly remodeleded bathrooms was a pleasant surprise. (We have already booked for next year.). Water Point 1 residents and renters are a wonderful group of people. The indoor pool, the hot tub, the game days and game nights give you lots of opportunities to meet people while having a great time.

Enjoyed my 3-month stay here and could easily recommend it!
Condo was clean and had a great ocean view with easy beach access. TV’s in every room! Plenty of good quality bedding and towels. Friendly atmosphere with adequate parking nearby. Nice pool and hot tub! A very safe and secure building accessed only by codes at entry and into your individual condo. A larger hot water tank would be a plus in this condo.

great condo in perfect location
this condo is perfect size for a large group. its location in Windy Hill is great. You don’t have to deal with Myrtle Beach crowds on the beach, but you are close enough to the attractions there if you so desire. the place was clean and exactly as pictured. Only complaint is similar to what others say, the lack of comfortable beds. overall, great experience and would stay again!

The pictures look allot better than the bedrooms actually are, bedrooms and closets very small, bathrooms very small, and the closets had so much stuff in them we couldn’t get our shoes and stuff in them, the drawers were full of junk and clutter!! The TV’s were missing remotes and boxes but the Manager came and took care of it he was very nice!
