Great location. Easy access to Metro to city center and airport. Don't bother with breakfast. Plenty of good options nearby. Large shopping center nearby. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city center. Beautiful park nearby. Grab some Vino Verde and some sandwiches from the Supermercado and enjoy a picnic in the park.
The building wasn't well marked. The hotel is on the 4th floor and you have get buzzed in. We lucked out that someone was exiting just as we arrived because there's no instructions on the panel.

Great value for the money, location!!!, clean, friendly stuff. Deserves at least 5 points more then the actual score and for someone who is often in Lisbon, this stay is way better than many with a score of 9+.

Great location. Clean place. Good price and very friendly staff - thank you! Good-sized room with a good closet.
Old bathroom with missing lights and some broken equipment, which is also old and needs to be replaced.
Beds are not very comfortable.
