Location for Disney was great. Got an Uber there and back and it’s not far at all. Cost €18 (cheapest) and €60 to get home at peak time after the fireworks and park closed.
Flat was comfortable with a great shower and everything you need for a short stay.
The dishwasher is underneath the oven - it took me a day to realise!
Not a negative.
The were a couple of things that I mentioned to the host and they will rectify them for future guests 😊.
Just note that there is no air-con (which I knew from the description) but there is a fan. We were here during a 35 degree heatwave and it was a little warm. You might want to bring a portable fan in the summer.

Close to small town.
Smashed window on arrival.
The pipe in the bathroom was so hot unfortunately not just my wife buying her self also my ten year old daughter!
Cockroaches were insane!!
The additional charge of €10 Euro’s each for towels and bed sheets is complete overpriced! Still were not clean, missing 2x towels, 2x pillow cases even after paying.
Staff did not speak a word of English, that should definitely be advertised. Communication was extremely hard even through txt (I speak I little french) but!
Neighbours in and out all night, bright light and cars.
Maybe 4 hours sleep if I’m lucky!
