Camera accogliente, con tutto il necessario per un piacevole soggiorno. Terrazza bellissima per vedere il tramonto sul mare. Bella posizione, tranquilla, appena fuori dal centro, raggiungibile a piedi in poco tempo. Massimo simpaticissimo e disponibile.
Il bagno potrebbe essere migliorato (es. doccia) nonostante fosse tutto funzionante e comodo.

Location is great, 15 minutes to historical center and 10 minutes to really nice beach.
We loved sitting in the balcony that is facing to the sea.
The kitchenette is small but well equipped.
Massimo is a super nice host :)
The pillows are pretty hard.

Spacious room, amazing views from the roof top and my host Massimo was incredible... so welcoming, lots of tips and he went out of his way to get me a beach umbrella and book me a taxi! I was travelling alone so knowing I could call on Massimo for anything was so comforting. Very grateful!

Nothing really. All good. Minor issue when toilet flushes there is a sound that goes on for about 20 or 30 sec then it stops but no big deal.

Host is excellent, room is clean, good access to the beach.Fine for a couple of days.
The building and immediate surroundings are not great. The room is quite tight. The roof has no cover ang looks across a car park (not in pics). The bed is very basic (especially for the room price) but most notably it is a split apartment and you can hear quite clearly through the walls, Including very loud toilet flushes!

We stayed in Ele and had a balcony with a view of the sea which was the lovely. It’s on the second floor of a block of flats with no lift but there aren’t too many steps. The room was small but worked perfectly well for us for a few nights. The room was clean and tidy. You can go up to the roof which had table and chairs to eat on and sun loungers you can use. It’s not far from the beach but you do have to go up and down a fair few steps if you walk there. It’s just a few minutes walk away from the centre so finding places to eat is easy. Massimo (the host) was lovely and really helpful with recommendations and even dropped us at the train station when we left! Loved our time here, would recommend!

Massimo was there to meet us and help with the luggage. he gave lots of recommendations for places to go and things to do. The property was close to the town center and had free onsite parking. it had a nice balcony with a view of the sea also had a shared roof terrace overlooking the sea.
The room was quite small and the bed was very uncomfortable.

We were picked up at the train station by Massimo, so nice of him we had a lot of suitcases. Gave us a lot of information very friendly.

everything is perfect! except for the basic accommodations, here is a total bnb. you can cook here/ watch Netflix here/ stay a whole chill afternoon at the balcony here… the host is very kind! he gives us lots of info on the food and on the places to go. I ll especially recommend the ones wanna take a long term trip/vacation in Tropea to choose here for the stay.
I would say here is not for the one that is expecting for a professional hotel service, such as breakfast or room cleaning etc. here is more like a bnb that provides nice accommodation and leaves rooms for you to explore the city.

Everything super, super check in and communication, very nice host and love the windows view. Super close to the sea and stores which was super.
If you can afford, I would recommend booking specifically the room with the Terrasse! It was not free when I was there but I think it will be an even more beautiful stay as you also gain some more space and can spend some time there to relax.

Massimo was the perfect host. He was always available and very forthcoming.
The apartment was spotlessly clean and the bed was extremely comfortable.

We loved the location, great to go to the beach and to the old town. We also loved the host Massimo who went all the way to make sure we had a great time. He is the perfect host!
We also loved the facilities everything was there in the room and more!
Everything looked new tidy and clean.
We saw the terrace one time it looked amazing!
The room was definitely too small for 3 people. We could barely move with the 3 of us.
Also the room had only a window, and we would have loved to have a balcony like the other room from the same owner.
With the window and the narrow space, things could be a bit uneasy.
The place would be perfect for 1 /2 people at most.
Also the terrace which was amazing was 2 floors up so not really easy to reach, after a tiring day going up and down the hills of Tropea.
Other than that we just loved it.

The host is so sweet and really helpfull. He sended us a lot of information and recomendations, and he had coffee and drinks for us When we arrived. The room was clean and Nice, and the balcony was Nice as well. A really great place close to centrum and the Beach.

The host was very friendly, a great location and the room has everything you need. When we checked out, the host allowed us to put things in and later took us to the train station. Highly recommended.
The third extra bed is too soft. But overall - nothing.

Massimo gave us the keys and told some extra info about the area. He is a very kind and helpful guy. The stylish apartment is a bit tiny but comfy, and also have a good balcony with panorama to the sea. There is a small kitchen corner with basic tools so we could even cook a dinner. The coffee machine made excellent coffee. The apartment in a very good location, just few minutes walk from the old city or the beautiful beach. There is also a big and free car park behind of the flat, so we could parking very easily. This apartment is a very good value for the money, we enjoyed to stay there. Wifi and Tv channels are also available.
Everywhere in the neighborhood made house repairing what made noise... but we were there in preseason.

Mossimo is the nicest host! Unit has comfy bed and nice shower. The location is just a quick walk from the train station and close to the historical town also. Would stay again.

We had a great time in Tropea! Massimo gave us great tips and made sure we had a great stay. The balcony with sea view was amazing for relaxing and eating breakfast! We’re definitely coming back :)

The host Massimo picked us up from the railway station, he is very friendly and very informative about the sights. The apartments are really neatly designed, a bit like a tiny house! It all fits in exactly. There are 2 apartments: ELE and GIO built inside 1 'house'. GIO is a bit bigger, with space for a 3rd bed. ELE is a bit smaller, but has a very roomy balcony/terrace to balance that!
The wall seems to be not soundproofed at all, so if you have neighbours, you can hear every word and every cough.

The place is so conviniently located and with a seaview too. And the host gave great recommendations on places to visit and eat.
The building was rather delapitated on the outside... not too appealing, but the room was nicely renovated, with all the essentials

Exactly like the description. Everything you need for a stay in Tropea. 5 minutes walk to beach and city center. Parking is SO easy. The host, Massimo, is attentive, available, and kind. He sends you a list of places to eat and visit while you are there. I left some important documents in the drawer of the room. Massimo informed me immediately and helped me come up with a plan to get them safely. Would definitely stay here again when in Tropea. Incredible value!!!
Needs 1 knife and a cutting board for cutting vegetables and fruits.
