Location and apt is really good

Wi-Fi didint work properly and didint have any clean products to keep the apt clean I had to undress my own bed I think it should be done by the cleaning of the place

Much higher standard of accommodation than the name of student accommodation suggests clean and comfortable and great showers! Great living space and the beds were cosy

Sound insulation wasn't great, particularly if sleeping on the walkway side of the property. Also not a lot of cutlery or dishes so we were stretched thin with those

Great central property, a ten minute walk into the centre. Property itself was spotlessly clean. I couldn’t fault it.

Good location, Host were helpful and responsive in fixing problems. double bed mattress was replaced and oven was fixed on request.

Extra charge for electricity when the accommodation is already expensive. No towels.

The apartment is large and the host very pleasant. The kitchen is fully equipped though some of the cookware is substandard quality and needs to be replaced.

Given that it cost the same as a 2 night stay in a 4 star hotel in another part of the country, admittedly not near the coast, it represents poor value for money. On arrival it all looked fine but I was glad I hadn't booked it for more than 2 nights. The fixtures are old; bright fluorescent lighting tubes in every room and unfortunately for me, the apartment I had possessed an extremely noisy water heater/cylinder which made horrible noises and kept us awake. Budget accommodation indeed, but not budget accommodation prices. The location is good for access to city centre but the views are of an industrial area and it feels very much on the outskirts of the city despite it being such a short distance.
