This is stated as an exceptional property because it IS EXCEPTIONAL! Wow what a great stay, just everything was perfect and it is a really comfortable place. I had some work to do and it was great that there were various spaces to do this and also I was able to cook for myself and there is everything you need and more. Great responsive host and just fabulous.
I didn't like that I went to a Sheraton afterwards and it wasn't as good! I have been spoiled now staying at the Annex haha

10 out of 10 property!
Beautifully decorated, super spacious and clean. Within walking distance of the city centre which was very handy for us. Host Louise was helpful and very friendly. We felt very welcomed.
Fantastic value for money, we’ll definitely be back!
No complaints.
