The apartment is on a great location, and the owner is really helpful. There are a lot of grocery stores, restaurants, cafes, and everything else you need nearby. The place was spotless, everything was so clean.
As there is a cafe right under the apartment, and the building is on a boulevard, it can get noisy, but I was aware of it beforehand so it was not a problem for me.

Central Location, lots of bars and restaurants especially friday and saturday night. Amazing host who thought of everything, amenities such as washing machine, kitchen, huge balcony, strong ac.
No parking but if you go behind a caffe gallery 5-7 mins walking you actually find D42 parking zone 0.4 eur per our from 07-23.
Noise can be issue, but thats the centeal location you get which pros outweigh cons
