O alojamento está super bem localizado, os funcionários são muito simpáticos, o quarto estava limpo, camas confortáveis, mudam as toalhas e limpam durante os dias da estadia. O pequeno almoço também é razoável.

O chuveiro. Não tem pressão, a água era morna e saía fora molhando a wc toda. Para nós foi o único ponto negativo da estadia.

Conveniently located to City center. Parking available in a large covered parking fairly close by. Very clean. Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Went the extra mile to be sure we were accommodated. The breakfast was amazing! Fill your own cornetto with a variety of options.

Muy buen desayuno y el personal muy amable. La ubicación es excelente: puedes llegar caminando de la estación Firenze SMN en 10 minutos y puedes recorrer Florencia a pie. Te guardan el equipaje después del check out. Hay recepción las 24 horas. Pusieron una decoración de Halloween muy divertida.

La habitación da a un patio interno, pero es amplia y agradable y se descansa muy bien.

Hotel was lovely and all staff were friendly, comfortable, enjoyable, great value for money and would highly recommend.

Everything was great.

-Location was superb and the best thing about the property. In the heart of Florence city center. Near to many restaurants, cafes, shopping centers, train station and almost all attractions are by walking distance 5-20 minutes except the Michelangelo piazza which was about 40 minutes walk and hike. -One staff (Mr. Chandan) deserves my respect for trying his best to make our stay as pleasant as he could and compensate for the hotel’s lack of some services. -I have to say the rest of our stay after the 1st night was a little better. -They stored our luggage for no extra charge after checkout (some hotels ask for a charge in Florence ).

-No kettle or facilities to make coffee/tea until we asked for it. -No isolation in rooms, the first night we spent at a tiny, very noisy room (our neighbors) and toilet door was not moving which they changed on our 2nd night onwards. -Cleanliness isn’t the best. -Breakfast is very basic, no variety. For those looking for halal option there’s not many. Even the eggs would be mixed with pork contain no meats making even eggs out of the options for breakfast on most days. One of the staff at the breakfast was rude to us when I asked if there’s anything they can do for my son who was asking for something not in the buffet. I was disappointed at the way he treated us not that they don’t provide anything outside the buffet to be honest. -Tiny rooms and stuffing it to make it a triple room when it really has no space to do so. -The rest of the staff seem not interested in the customers as a whole. -Be ware of extra charges of city tax per person when you stay. -Wi-Fi disconnected frequently, good speed when it works but no continuity. -Mosquitos are a problem. -No lobby to rest and unwind (though most of the hotels in that area are similar) -Electricity sockets are right above the beds in a dangerous location for connecting anything as it falls off easily and unstable to plug in anything. -It was raining when we arrived and the hallway was flooded by rain water that was seeping into our room also making it a very slippery floor. -Rooms have regular keys, didn’t feel safe. -Hotel needs an upgrade and facelift in my opinion.

Personale cordiale e gentile, Super disponibile, abbiamo avuto qualche problema con i varchi Ztl e con i biglietti degli Uffizi. Lo staff si e' prontamente mosso per risolvere il tutto! Camere pulitissime. Colazione abbondante e di qualità.
