The staff was very kind and available, the room was spacious.
Wifi did not work. There's no excuses, despite the bad weather and the floods wifi was working in every other establishment i've been to.
The room was not clean. A so called 4 star hotel should have standards: the toilet door was so dirty, top of the bedside lamp, all the top of the bed, everything was filled with dust.
Breakfast was poor and the table didnt have a setting. It takes so little to make a difference.

"Mella hotel is a great place to stay if you want to be away from the hustle and bustle from the city. It's close to the airport and a grab away to almost every thing you need.
The staff is excellent...."
